hey guys.. just tried out the 5 dollar engine oil. haha. so far so good. thanks "rated" for the recomendation.

 

i also just installed a external filter just after the fuel ****..seems that the rust from the tank will flow into the carb.. i saw it when the person took the carb out to wash.

can try using it since its cheap

the external filter is call a fuel filter.

no need to use this gadget unless your fuel tank is rusty.

I would like to mod my cg125 and needed advise for shops that provide some custom fabrication service (include some welding as well). I hope to make my cg125 into a single seater. Maybe anyone can recommend some shop? I have heard of First Motor @ Ubi can provide such service, are they good? Any feedback or suggestions are more than welcome.... Thanks.

i think first motor not bad.. i heard from a dgapz he say they can even mod engine for u.

Price wise i not sure if they can offer u cheap or not la..

 

For single seater that one i think must buy seat and get a shop to customise for u..this topic has already been brought up during the last meet up by me..hahahahaha

My main fabrication would be the swingarm extension and mounting the rear mudguard onto the rear swingarm. As you can see, this would be a pure single seater. Later on, I hope to mount a GN125 gas tank in place of the cg gas tank and change the handle bar to a more chopper type to complete the outline. I would still use the original exhuast but would like to add thermal tape at the extractor part. And finish with matt black paint on as many parts as possible.

 

I hope I don't sound too ambitious, but I really hope to customise my cg125 to be unique.

 

Please feel free to comment, as I will take it as constructive comments.

Here is also another cg125 that I think is cool, as there is many features that I really like. But most likely not possible in S'pore due to strict TP laws.

so far i think only 3 cg is nice(outlook)

1 is mine

1 belong to jun rong

1 is the blue cg now selling

 

engine i think kemoz had the best 1.

 

enduro is our mr alan!!!

 

guys.mod into this might get you into serious problem.

 

1.white ant will a lookout for you

2.inspection can pass by sending to shop(how much?how many times can u tahan being caught)

3.if suay suay kanna accident,cannot claim.mod.(tons of reasons will start pouring in)

4.dun break the cg outlook.eg change to disc brake spoilt the looks man(we are proud of it),,,
