Power.... hahahaa anyway u have any idea finding gpr exhaust for kymco? i search around cant seem to find anyone having it

 

I used to try to find gpr exhaust for my grand dink 150, but no shop selling it in sg. Anyway my advise is don change it, i got friend who change the exhaust for his x9, end up having more problem with it.

Rick: what kind of problem he got arrr? LeoVince and GPR both websites states they have the xhaust... is just that spore no demand for kymco... hahaha thats y dun have...

FC at 100km/ hr is around 30km/L, FC at 120km/ hr is around 28km/h. The windshield don protect u from the wind much, downtown wind shield is better.

 

 

wow thanks...the FC is good ! I am considering between this 2 models... you bought from the agent?

Finally booked a Downtown 300i after consideration. Noticed the chasis for the 125 and 300 is the same.

 

Hello bro, how much you get for your downtown? i saw it too when i went down to ubi last time, tot i look super chio ... haha..

it's super chio indeed.... if you get from them it's $11k+ all in....dependingon insurance options/age etc... they are very friendly and professional....all charges typed out clearly... I am bidding COE myslef.... so only buying at machne price...

 

 

sigh....failed to get my COE today....2 more tries left...

i doubt now got 2nd hand for this bike... yet ... kinda hard to find ...becos first hand also not much le hahahaha

Love downtown alot, but for a girl, i need to have its seats shaved. If not can't reach the ground.. LOL!

 

its actually very nice.. and they are using honda engine, heard they ahve one more model coming up, using BMW engine.. :D but well, just bcos of its brand not many people liked the idea..my cousin actually had a kymco grandink and it never gave her any problem for 7 years. Shes changing to Kymco Downtown 125i too..

 

by the way, their mechanic guy is very good too... look for the guy called "WEI GE", not the china guy, he really take cares of your bike like its own.. :D

 

My bike (white phantom below) had been serviced by them for years with no errors.. :)

This might not be the best way... in fact there are defiantly better ways. However, as a shade tree mechanic, this is how I was taught. If you install them so they are tight enough to turn the motor over and not break loose (do not start the motor) continue to tighten them until there is not a gap when the rod is at a its full extension.

The 200 is not available.. onli the 125 and 300 ...

Faster get Downtown also... hahaha Bike looks good plus not underpowered...

how much you got 125 downtown OTR? :D i'm still looking for my new ride leh hehe
