Was that mcTan I saw earlier in the evening around 6plus along Moulmein Road towards Newton?

I was on the opp direction.

Hi Heyrul,

I would advise you the same as I did to Vtec, remove the center-stand to do a better/proper welding and add a reinforcement at the lower part of the cross bar between the legs.

By the way how bad is the corosion inside the crack. If it's too bad just replace the center-stand or don't use it at all, remove it.

I know you get good pb...he,he,he!

replace a new center stand and weld the enforce bar over it. like tat will last until the nxt COE renewal

Haha,

Thanks for all the advised!

I have already weld my main stand and added the reinforcement bar across it. Look very strong than the original wan. However, tried to fix it myself but only managed to screw the screw in but not the spring. Its diff to pull the spring back into the hole eventhough i had tried many ways such as using longnose, screwdriver(+&-) and other tools. After severals attempt fails i decided to go to the bike shop to help me. Now its back to normal.

You may want to go to SK and ask for his assistance. The boss help me to weld and put reinforcement onto my main stand. In addition he spray my main stand black colour too..surprise lei!

Price is afordable compare to the original wan...

If can save i will save wan...

By the way my baby divvy just had its birthday party last 2 days ago... I bought her new insurance and raodtax and inspected her at AA. Total cost spend is already S$900 for her birthday present. Every year need to pamper her with this kinda gift!

Below is the breakdown:

Insurance = S$565

Roadtax = S$288 + S$10(late payment)

Inspection = S$16 (round off)

Total = S$881

Parking summon X2 = S$18

Round off =S$900

By the way me 29yrs = 20% + 5% NCD = NTUC Insurance = S$565.

I've tried the automated quote before but it's based on rider's age 30.

I'm only 28 this year but my wild guess is that insurance premium this year is cheaper right?
