i just check only, and making the arrangemnt is troublesome, all those money involve, and those who say wan come and in the end fly aeroplane, and the costs have to cover by the organiser.

no worries...u can see the total cost including food and chalet rental how much...den get the names who are going divide by the number of ppl going den everyone fork out their share b4 u proceed on with any booking den those who pay but nvr come liao is their pasa lor....thats how we used to do it....like that no worries about organiser forking for extra....

Closure of Aloha Loyang and Aloha Changi
As part of the national operations in managing the Influenza A (H1N1) outbreak, the Civil Service Resorts at Aloha Loyang and Aloha Changi have been identified for emergency use. All bookings for stay periods in the month of May 09 at Aloha Loyang and Aloha Changi chalets have been cancelled with immediate effect from 1 May 09.

Full refunds will be made to affected applicants for the chalet rental. We are in the process of notifying and writing to all affected applicants. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

For applicants who have made bookings for stay periods in the month of June and Jul 09 for Aloha Loyang and Aloha Changi, you will be notified at least two weeks in advance if your bookings are affected and need to be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your booking immediately in view of the circumstances, you should email your request to us at [email protected]. A full refund of chalet rental will also be given.

We seek your understanding and support during this critical period. Your support will go a long way in helping the government to implement protective measures to contain this outbreak.

We will notify chalet applicants once the Aloha Resorts resume normal operation. Once again, we thank you for your support for the Aloha Resorts.

now this case no need civil servants liao...but someone with ntuc card....haha....

yes pay first den book...can set up a notice first like for outing like that den see who put name den we collect the money from them either by bank transfer or meet up pay cash lor....den those pay liao someone take note who pay lor.....like buying the sbf polo like that lor....

who in oil industry one?got anyone in petrol industry?den can buy cheaper petrol hehehe

lol.. now already coming june liao..earliest we can get the chalet also around august.. so by that time the stupid swine flu may have pass already.. we need to meet up and talk abt this la. so now we can only ask our regular outing guys who interested and divide the costs from there and pay first.. if last min got more people, we just divide accordingly, and will return u guys wadever balance also lor.. this outing definitely cannot just ask one guy to coordinate only.. need to give out tasks like going down to do booking, sourcing out cheapest food, money collector and etc..
