older ones are nc23, newer ones are nc29... most of those in SG are the newer nc29 models if im not wrong...

bro,depend on your luck.If u get a good condition 1 just spend some money for servicing can liao,if u really bad luck get a chui cbr4 the repair cost i think can buy another cbr4 liao....

just went republic motor recce for one. my insurance 1030 sia cos bday havent pass yet... think gta give up on thinking about cbr. sold drz cos insurance was about the same. bth

i was asking my mechanic the other day how to check cbr before buying... he said its heng suay one depends on how well previous owner take care of his bike... some problems like carb or wiring problems only surface after opening the engine and checking, other than that just have to look for external cues for previous accidents i guess...

lol mostly ntuc is always the higher price one, only factor is people got claim you before or you just got your 2b. if you get your 2b at 18 so there shouldn't be much factor that differs.

lol, insurance price is always changing, only way to know the final price is to buy on the day you ask for quotation. sometimes even if on the same day, there might be a chance your insurance be cheaper, and there might also be a chance that your insurance price increase.

I did the direct opposite. Sold my CBR4 for a DRZ 3 weeks ago.

 

During my 8months with the CBR, i spent almost 1.5k for repairs, and another 1k for accessories and maintenance.

And I only rode the bike for weekends cos Im still in NS.
