im not sure if the 2strokes have the same ignition as the 4stroke ones, but im riding a 4stroke 04' Runner and i got some problems. when i put the key in and turn the ignition to 'on', my bike doesnt seem to be ready to start. Even the head and tail lights are not switched on. So my bike cant start.

Its a bit weird cause if i leave the ignition to 'on' mode, after shaking the bike left and right,THEN the appropriate lights switches on. So i have to quickly start the bike and i face this problem quite a number of times already. Any experienced riders know whats the problem?

you got poor key wiring contacts due to wear and tear.

mine is loose too but when u wanna turn on ur ignition key switch, pls turn it slowly after the click sound.. if u turn it too hard, there will be not power contact.

immobilizer is an electronic device fitted to an automobile which prevents the engine from running unless the correct key is present.

Exhaust -SCORPION stainless steel- Piaggio LC 2-stroke maxi

SCORPION stainless steel LC 2-stroke Maxi exhaust.

The built quality and the materials used are up to the highest standards. The Scorpion is entirely made from stainless steel, which will survive even the toughest conditions. Can be polished for a show winning finish.

But it is not just good looking, it gives a solid power increase as well. The stable power output with a broad power band is pure fun to use on the road.

Thanks to the used stainless steel and the voluminous muffler the exhaust tone is dull sportive.

Thanks to the E-mark it can be used road legal on Runner 180, Dragster 180 and Hexagon 180.

Gotta fix this before it cracks again on my transmission for the 2nd time..:cheeky:

Stay -BGM PRO- Piaggio 125-180cc 2-strike

Stay bgm PRO for Piaggio 125-180cc 2stroke AC/LC enigines - on which the rear rim is fixed by 5 nuts.

With this stay the engine casing is much more stronger and more capable of sustaining the power of highly tuned engine. Broken casings should be an issue of the past.

Fitting is pretty easy and is done via the five schrews of the rear rim and the front mounting of the exhaust. The exhaust mounting has to be altered for fitting.

The stay is made of a special, very hard alloy composition using CNC machining. The delivery contains the complete mounting materials as well as high quality bearings from Japan or Germany.

The bgm PRO stay was very succesfully tested. Among other things by Kübler racing team at Scooter Cross Racing events. To get your casings stiffer the stay is very much state of the art!

The price is not as high as it appears on a first view. If you have a look at the high amount of time that goes in a Highend tuning casing and the availability of usable engine casing it is becoming comparable cheap.

Looks very able as well!!
