The definition of a man’s character is not when he is on top….. it is on how he picks himself up EVERY TIME HE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN.

in short the 2nd hand TZM previous owner retain that number plate which left that TZM fitted with FX number plate and it took around 1 week for the process of the FX plate to arrive on that 2nd hand tzm

Haha..sorry for the confusion...ok..the bike is actually late FU plate..FU8XXXX...jus dat the FX plate made it look like a new bike...I got it for 5.9K...there's 2 bikes there..one FT plate wif crazy high mileage(79XXXXX)..but wif better parts..so I took most of wats on dat bike..the owner is super cool to let me do so...now hoping to get my boss to sponser new paint job :D ..should be getting the bike next on thursday or friday...but den will have a lot of cleaning and polishing to do...must bring for "medical checkup" also...can anyone tell me how to keep my new ride sweet??wat should I pay more attention to and stuff...

Since it's a highly reviving bike. You should enlarge the outlet of petrol and 2T to prevent any piston seize advance. Had this problem before and those dues started to appears trumendously.

Retuning will be inevitable. My bike will always go out of tune every 1~2 months, still pondering about this problem.

At the meantime, these are what happens to me.

Oil jet stock is 180 change to 210 ~ 220, 2T outlet open bigger and when servicing carb make sure the pin is not set too high up coz then riding below 80km/h will be a pain the arse due to overkill high rev setting. Pay attention to the suspensions too. Y1 main block/blockhead are sweeter than Y2 due to the composition of the material but sometimes it's a mix & match of Y1 & Y2.

All that is gold does not glitter, Not all who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken: The crownless again shall be king.

TZM stopped production about late 2001 or early 2002. So the latest "authentic" number plate it can get is about FU. Any other plates newer than that is a transferred plate.

TZM is a good bike.

Yes... Change the CDI will derestrict the powercut.

I changed mine to the Thailand made CDI original without powercut rather than the stock CDI.
