my friend just brought his bike for a full service becoz one bugger pulled out his 2T pump.

when riding wif Trust the other day..dunno where to go...my brake pad got burnt again...one tip for u guys if u wanna go out wif trust,DUN ride in front of him...if u do u will let him pass for sure..it's worse den smelling 2T...made a custom vaccum tank for my bike..but i wanna experiment wif different sizes..dun have much space in the bike left...

RXZ wan cannot la..i'm using Trust's old footrest..u can find original footrest at JB at abt RM100..second hand la...or u can call my friend at 90708575..he gota set for sale

Care to share your tyre combinations?

What Brand, Model, size and roughly how much you got it for?

 

I've been looking thru the other threads and it seems that most people recommend battalax....

Was looking at the Pirelli range but nobody seems to recommend it... why ah?:confused:

Me using Dunlop TT900

 

Front 90/80 17"

 

Rear 90/80 17"

 

Hoping to change to Bridgestone tires when these tires go BOTAK. :smile:

 

Pirelli is gd.. but usually bigger cc bikes use them. Bridgestone more famous for its grip.

I'm using 90/80/17 for front..110/70/17 for rear..great for corners..but have to make sure dat u running the correct pressure..oh ya..me useing BT39ss..check wif bike lab today..service fork $80 wif my own oil seal..quite ex but considering the quality and their reputation i guess it's a good deal...and for god sake they use good grade fork oil..last time i did at jb only RM60..but waste money wan la..service already also like sh*t...if outing Trust will be the organiser ok!!

i using Putoline MHX for premix..no problem so kept on using..if got money sure go for Rock oil

I tot u post this b4? Hhehehe.. btw.. u can check out http://www.motul.com.sg i tink the more common ones u can find in SG is 800,600 and 510. 800 n 600 are fully synthetic w/esters. 510 is semi.:smile:

Can You people help fill in the blanks.... Trying to gather a list of the costs associated with some repairs... Just a guide so that i can be prepared when i go to the workshop....

 

1) Replacement Fairing (Full Set without tank)

 

2) Tank (Replacement or repair... Got rusted tank)

 

3) Paint job

 

4) Suspension (Front)

 

5) Suspension (Rear)

 

 

Anyways, it seems that the TZM forum is a bit dull... If you see the TW and KR forums, i think they already more then 50 pages!!!

Common Guys! Cannot lose face lah.... Heehehe....
