hahas, i will! my bike alightment also abit gone. claim give him die sia! knock my bike and just go, lucky i see him on road, if not go TP report him. hit and run. thanks to the witness tat witness the whole event and helped me if not everything i have to pay myself for all those damage.

 

i hope can claim a new paintwork and see got what thing spoil just claim . so when the time when i sell bike got alot of new things and things that i have changed too. hopefully easier to sell and for a good price.

although i haven't sell the bike but now no bike i also miss it, lying at the workshop =(

 

just now in the afternoon by bike was knock down by a lorry driver.after eating and a haircut i go collect my bike and found out that fairywing got skectes, balancer break, windscreen break, chalk switch break.oh my. lucky got one guy live in 3rd floor call me and tell me that he witness the whole event and even be my witness and give me the lorry number and accompany me go make a police report, on the way walking to the police station we saw the lorry. hahas, so heng. he is going to bear the whole cost and i letting my motorshop to do the claim.

 

do you guys think that can claim a new paintwork?

 

 

imben - u better mind your words of wat u r saying...that lorry driver is my brother. he didnt hit n run, at least he owns up sayin he's the 1 knock dwn yur bike so dun put words in yur mouth sayin tt he hit n run. one more thing to add on - dun anyhow claim on him if he doesnt damage yur bike that bad, be reasonable by stating out what r the damages tat he haf done n he wil compensate u accordingly.

even u haf yur witness if my brother is out to run away from after hitting yur bike down he might juz faster get away from tat area y stil wandering ard there,rite? even if i can understand yur position but can u understand frm my brother situation? he's driving a lorry which blind spots r veri difficult to look out for, furthermore the area is small in the sense that it's squeezy!! straight away when u approach my brother,wat tone did u use to tok to him? * u ask yurself. n u knw yur bikeshop sure chop him wan, y dont u go other bikeshop instead of yurs if u didnt have the intention to chop him? bear in mind is that my brother is delivering goods n he's out to earn a living.

 

lastly, watever explaination u haf call my brother up n explain to him. dun juz post it in here asking for peace n apologies.

alright then, i have the right to choose the shop i want. i got my point and you got your point too . i was really pissed of when i was talking to your brother,thats all. i choose the shop i want because what if the shop that your brother wanted me to go just anyhow fix my bike and just settle? if after that got problem who can i look for so i choose the shop myself.

Too bad i done mine for 200 whole bike, Sry for wrong info its respray not new paintwork. Scratch only no need for new paintwork further more mine is 2colour
