Problems:

 

1)everytime i drop from gear 2 to gear 1 i could feal the gear moving from inside the gear box from my gear shift leaver.

 

2)when is the time to change clutch plates or how do u know that it is wearing out

 

3)and when is the time to change your megnetic coil,cause my neutral and 2t light is bright but my high beam light no sign at all unless i rev,all this is during neutral

yup tapi 903 bukan 603......... motor ko problem pe...... biase lah tzm kan...... kalau dah sedap, sedap abis........ kalau dah koyak koyak abis......... hehe gd luck bro..... motor aku pun ngah sakit kuat...... nak kena kasi makan panadol 1 kotak..... k cau

1) dont really know wat u r actually feeling but unless da gears have problems staying eg: when ur in gear 1/gear 2 den it slips into neutral den u have a problem. time for a bottom engine overhaul.

 

2) for myself, at gears which i drag, for me its 3rd and 6th. if i find myself really slow accelerating, even when i play half-clutch den its time to change da clutch plates.

 

3) its quite normal actually. u rev den da lights get a brighter. magnetic coils rarely spoil. unless u have firing problems den maybe it could be da coils...but usually its a case of ur CDI going haywire...
