Hi guys! I just got my TZM a week ago. Was just wondering why the red "OIL" light flashes whenever it is at neutral? I have already pumped petrol and 2T but still shows. Is it cuz of the wire that is loose or sth? And my neutral light dosent flash. Please advice! Thanks in advance!

 

when in neutral, green and red will light up. its normal.

if u engage gear, they shouldn't light up, the red will light up if ure in any gear when ure 2t runs low.

when 2t is low, try not to whack the bike. and travel max 10 - 15km to be safe and top up ure 2t.

unless u mean flash = blinking ?

i think thats another problem..coz when i ride for a few metres, the engine will die off..but it still can start..

 

btw, how come u overhaul so cheap?

mine $350sgd without new block. if together with block $550 - $600SGD.

Overhauled in JB. with original hong leong parts.

if ure block still ok, no need to change block. im using y-1 thailand block.

1 year no problem. another friend, 3 years no problem.

i don't know about the storage fee..the mech didn't tell me anything about it when i talk to him on the phone..maybe tomorrow i'll go and check out my bike..btw, you live around hougang eh?coz i think i saw you before around defu lane before with some your friends riding sp or kr..

i don't know about the storage fee..the mech didn't tell me anything about it when i talk to him on the phone..maybe tomorrow i'll go and check out my bike..btw, you live around hougang eh?coz i think i saw you before around defu lane before with some your friends riding sp or kr..

 

since thats the case. u ask him to change ure plug 1st then let u test ride. if all ok then hopefully no need pay storage fee juz pay for the plug and workmanship =x. coz i scared if suddenly u take bike juz like that , they ask u storage fee. some shop storage fee $20 per day leh. unless u doing major overhaul or servicing whereby they cant fix it on the day itself then no storage fee =x

on a side note, since u already leave the bike there... maybe they already touch ure bike. haiz. anything can happen. i think too much already ... hahaha hope ure bike is fine. =)
