has a set of front tZm fork(no leak),

front rim(white) with disc brake/caliper(tZm),

front Mudguard(tZr,small piece) gd n nice for tZm,

ORIGINAL rear suspension from Y2K tZm in superb condition,

Daytona Steering Side damper(silver colour),

tZr handle bars, has a few sets( Chrome n not chrome types, fits tZm),

2 rare pieces of SDR left hand side engine cover(replacement for that plastic engine cover)1 piece needs rechrome, the other is polished,

original Y2K tZm side-stand(chromed),

 

will update if theres more stuffs suitable for tZm...

for sale due to scrapping bike..stuff will be available end of this month...

Hi guys just wanna check,

 

Should i just do a top overhaul+service valve or just service my valve... Currently my valve 2nd opening is set at 8k rpm... Can only open 5th gear and below, when in 6th gear alot of problem.. Rpm stuck ard 8k and like can feel the bike jerking... Could it be a CDI problem or just the valve only ah??.. Cause wad i normally think is that since valve can open in 5th gear and below, that its not the valve fault.. Prolly maybe just the CDI not being able to perform properly... Maybe i think too much hahaha... Some help guys.

when is the last time u decarbonise ure pipe ?

How much for a valve, first or 2nd hand? Mine has difficulty opening. If not that expensive, might want to decarbon pipe as well.

my place = 110rm for ori valve, decarbonise = 80rm. They will cut the pipe and weld back to decarbonise.

bapok lane got sell local valve. price im not sure. decarbonise over there, they wont cut the pipe.

Im not too.. Have yet to, been riding it for 6 mth plus only.. started having this problem about a mth plus.. There seem to oil leaking out from the valve as well

maybe u want to decarbonise pipe , service carb and setting.

the next suspect is ure servor.

my valve also got oil leak... no matter i change new valve or oil seal. it still leak a little. unless urs leaks a lot then its diff story.

From my xperience...if cdi got prob...u will feel a horse like ride from the start....may be u should check ur cluth plate and spring...i think its aready burnt out...and lastly ur carb setting...not enuf air to push the bike at 6th gear...

Get a original valve, local valves tends to break easier..tested on my previous 3 tzms..

If u really think its ure cdi, u can try my cdi and test

Chromed original tZm side stand dekitted..

Daytona side damper dekitted..

SDR left hand side engine cover dekitted(fixs swee swee on tZr/tZm)...

Lc tong belly pan dekitted..

tZm front rim/BT39tyre/fork/front brake disc/caliper/rear original tZm suspension to be dekitted end of this week..

If... Valve.... get the original ones THAT IS SEPERATED not the normal 1 LONG piece valve...TZM ORIGINAL VALVE (FN PLATE) is suppose to be TWO PIECE not 1 LONG piece. its hard to find nowadays. ALL LOCAL MALAYSIAN MADE...i manage to get mine from my PREVIOUS TZM ...i KEEP IT and replace to a local ones before i sell off my bike..... Now i still use it on my TZM ... but the power when the valve open will take ur breath away.
