HI guys,im currently riding a tzm motorbike,i realised that my bike always runs out of fuels within a week $25.00,and quite slow in pickups starts,and i find it hard to reach my preferred speed or at least above 120-140km/h,even a vespa and and any other motorbikes can easily overtake me on 100km/h..im thinking of changing OR Modified my bike but its gonna cost me a BOMB..since im saving up money for my personnel expenses..So im seeking advice or help about my bike condition to make a good bike..any recommendations for any good 'cheap' affordable place to do some 'servicing' for TZM bikes in singapore?because i keep hearing from other ppl that i wont last with a TZM bike..what should i do?i want to prove them wrong about tzm bikes..please help..=D

 

Feel your pain, have the same problem, pretty much why I'm doing a full overhaul, repair and decarbonise the pipe because its leaking, do something about the CDI, fully service the valve and carb.

 

Your fuel economy depends on whether your bike is in tip-top condition, how you ride,what sort of mods you have and what sort of fuel you use, for me V-Power runs out faster than 98 or Esso 8000.

 

I was told that JB is cheaper because they use local parts, for SG Un1que is good, its gonna be more expensive because they use OEMs I think, was told they last longer too.

I just change my tyres, brake pads, clean carb..now my bike sleeping when the RPM at 4 and at 6..Why huh? Furthermore got clicking sound from bike bike when in slow speed..Any idea? Valve is not the problem cos can reach high speed.. The funny thing is that when i go to workshop, the sound dont exist..

Then what should i do then?need a very long clear advice,how to open my valve?if service my valve should i service or change my carborator as well?becoz my pickup start and my pickup speed is very slow and quite pissed off when seeing any motor bike passed by me so easily=/..and which petrol oil u recommend?shell 98 or Esso?coz they say Esso can save more petrol than shell..

Hey bro..about the petrol question..it really depends on the individual...as for me..I just use Esso95...cause I feel like my bike abit laggy when I use Esso 98..the best petrol to me is definitely V-Power at Shell...can really feel the bike power and lightness..of course that petrol comes with a cost... a HUGE cost..ride safe bro

castor 927 n Formula K2 from maxima 2T is the way to go

 

I dont recommend maxima. Use first few times shiok shiok, after that bike starting to underperform. Open and check, got too much carbon... Dunno why. Motul is still the best. Yet to check the piston after trying motorex.

Avoid unique.. Kana be4, one thing after another the sales person say spoilt and ask to change. But its my s4 not tzm.

Alamak address i duno sia. Its near tp hq. Same row as planet, k&t... First motor is the 1st shop on the 1 way lane. Motul 2t can get and planet. 2nd last shop. Or can get at blk 44 bendemeer. Geylang cheapest. But i dunno the address. Yishun also have. Bukit merah can get motul and motorex.. Try hkl.

i got this sound coming from engine that worries me..the sound like *kruk kruk kruk kruk

does it mean my bearings is loose?

I thought refuelling every 2-3 days is normal. I use every day and night though. Keep in mind you're using a TZM, sportbikes are not meant to have good mileage to begin with.

My friends always say, outlook is secondary to what makes your bike tick. Bike nice looking but wheelchair auntie go faster then how? At least you still have your fairings and frame intact.
