I hear WR200 2T block is the same as TZM's, difference being its 200cc, gonna try fixing it then rebore to 250cc then have 250cc single cylinder TZM. Anyone got 2nd hand? Or should I go check Sungei Kadut?

 

had a friend which did that..difference only in acceleration and fuel consumption..still top speed at only 220km/h..same as stock TZM...

He got touch the carbs also? If got then change block pointless la, cuz my fren mentioned it was similar so it got me excited, now excited for nothing. If want more accel might as well play with carb jettings.

use bigger carb lahh...more acceleration..but then your top speed abit problem...

Bigger carbs bigger CC supposed to give more power, top end and accel but I guess single cylinders have their limitations, want more must probably change to twins and more, like how DRZs don't have the top end of Super4s.

 

Dunno much about the mechanics of horsepower, its just a rough guess but a top end of 200+/-(due to inaccuracy of their speedo sensors) is quite a feat for a small 150cc, the same if not more than a certain 4 stroke 400 inline 4.

anyone can advise on the ideal idling speed for your tzm? mines about 1000 rpm to about 1500 rpm. should i tune it slightly higher?

 

1 - 1.5 is fine. as long every traffic light the engine dont die.

Eh guys,I've been wondering,Why my M fcuking noisy?Like the whole area can hear my sound engine one?keep seeing other M bikes,Super silent le,May i know why is that?Even though i went for full service,even went for overhauled,My bike still fcuking noisy!Maybe is my Pipe?Coz what i know that they(the mechanics) said that i might be using Rxz Pipe,Can tell by the sound and the size of the endcan..Aiyoo,Kena con le..bloody hell!!T.T

And please guys,If you happen to see me anywhere,somewhere riding on a blue M with Big FIAT sticker on it AND with a FCUKING loud engine,that's me..Feel free to say hi or stop somewhere for a chat,i would be glad to ask for your advices..:DD

thats the thing, it sound like its going to die. have to play with the throttle to keep it from dying.

Use ori airbox, standard exhaust, 2 packet yellow fibre in endcan + standard silencer.

like silencer with less holes mean higher pickup or speed?

Silencer, thus its more to sound. If u want performance, use chamber with small endcan like ahm or yypang etc. Ahm = midrange. Yypang =highrev. Ask totu. He know more :p if u using standard, i dont think got much diff. Juz that the loud sound make u feel ure fast.
