Kalau taknak sakit hati , pakai minyak masak brand 'Knife' confirm puas hati.. Exhaust bau pisang goreng.. Hahahahahahaha..

 

Petrol kalau nak save pakai minyak tanah.. Confirm siapa tailgate kepala mabok..

CDI = 'Heart' of the bike and without it your bike not going to work .. Same like without Heart beat you are as good as dead.

 

Servo = 'Brain' of your bike and it tells when to open up the valve.. Same like when ur brain not working properly , u can't tell ur body what to do.

 

Powervalve = 'Legs' of your bike and when the servo tells it to open up and run.. It'll listen to the master.. But make sure service 2 mths once coz very manje.. Love to leak oil..

hmmm~ QUIZ for you brothers regarding our dear YPVS aka powervalve!

hope to hear opinions from EVERYONE of you!

well~ we can debate and come to a conclusion

alright ur quiz starts...(looking at watch)...now!

 

1. what happens when we remove & dont use YPVS? just curious~ in other words, yes it affects speed *duhhh*, but does our bike drastically become super freaking heavy that sounds like *prohhh (say it thru ur nose with ur neck trying to attempt a double chin*? xD so... faulty YPVS = no YPVS at all?

 

2. what do u mean by valve "patah"? what happens when valve "patah"? is this related to leaking at the cap of the valve (at the sides)?

 

3. when we switch on bike, should there be 3-sounds or 2-sounds by the servo motor? (heard 3-sounds means modified? good/bad?)

 

4. why does servo motor get jammed sometimes? cause of plastic gear? in other words, valve halfway opens and cause bike to have pull-push momentum at 6/7/8rpm when normally a good decent valve would open?... (heard it can't be fixed, must buy new set *hais*) i'm facing this problem now but still, usually after 8rpm bike becomes surprisingly smooth, i can go 180km/h unlike last time 220km/h *peace \/^^*

 

5. how does e sudden change of power related to a faulty YPVS? for example, u are accelerating a super heavy bike as if piston also screams (not smooth, also) and there is alot backfire (experienced this when slowing down, sorry if this is not related)... slowly and steadily BUT SUDDENLY u feel like flying~ [this qn might be related to qn 4]

 

here are some qns i myself encountered and aren't yet explained very well to me...

paisey ah if my qns are unrelated in any form or another or i use wrong vocab/terms to explain some things xD

yes, YPVS is one of the major problems in tzm so do take this quiz if u are bored LOL xD

please advise about MAINTENANCE on YPVS as well

You know your meter isn't accurate right?

Ok here is why when you on your ignition you can either hear 2 sounds or 3 sounds from the servo..

 

2 sounds = you off your bike using the engine off switch ..

 

3 sounds = you off your bike using your ignition key ..

 

And recommended use the engine off switch coz that thing is there for a reason and the valve will turn back to it's original place.. And where did u heard it's modified if it's 3 sounds? Take a bottle of 2T pour in the person mouth.

but my speedo is new, changed 5-6months back and now showing 9000.0km++...

Valve patah , many many possibilities.. The way you ride may cause it to break also coz how the rider slows down when valve is open.. Valve open and close like terkejut moments.. And if of coz Cap Ayam valve don't expect it to last long.. Valve break if drop in exhaust nvm , if drop in block considered goodbye to ur block as well..

okay i went to motolink my shop at lorong bapok,

then one person aged around 30 showed up claiming he's the 1st owner of my bike,

woah then he talked cock ah saying a change alot here and there,

so what are the things to avoid from breaking the valve? like dun pecut then drag too long ke...? drop gear at high speed maybe cause terperanjat ke...?
