i got one solution fer u guys who wanna fly with ur m. dun use valve. find something that can close ur two pv holes then try. hahahaha. and im serious. some old timers told me.

anything that would cause mayb piston or what to have cause it more stressed?

side effects would be alot of petrol used and i mean really alot. low end will suck till around 5000rpm. pipe will be louder when idling. this will result in petrok spilling into exhaust cause port not closed when idling so might get carbon deposits. every now and then u try open valve ok. but no always. will attract too much attention both from public and tp and or police.. main and awesome effect. u will FLY!!!

 

the easy way to do it would be like how i said in the earlier post. take of the pv cable from the servo and open or close manuall. simple

i experienced low end bobok before..

is it because my valve stucked?

i had to rev to 7rpm++ to open then tak bobok..

it happened for awhile until now i din change BUT suddenly low end okay already.. *confused*

what price you want..? COE 2020... bike confirm tip to the top... i will overhaul b4 giving... but the price must be resoanable la... if price good i try to give 1 colour spray... but if can dont wanna give as i got new fairing with tank coming... the current fairing on my bike for track... so heart not pain if fall or scratch or anything...

39 is the smallest I've seen and changing swingarm is illegal, plus its more obvious than an illegal pipe.

 

i dunno if its illegal, but i believe changing pipe will be more serious offence.

i've put mito forks on my sp before, yet never got any problem with the law, inspection also can pass.

 

i've got an r125 swingarm intending to mod to my tzm, but needs to trial and error weld the suspension mountings cause r125 shock is using linkage

 

anyone got mod their tzm to use linkage type suspension can share me some tips?

-if everytime u ride the bike u're in racing mode/mood then ok ah.

If very obvious like using SP swingarm on TZM, will get caught one. Stakat one seater da illegal.

 

Wah if rev 7k everytime want to move off, effing loud leh, especially if you use chamber.

 

Not really a problem if its a weekend or track machine, quite a hassle if its a transport bike.

i see i see. thats y when i did it i made it such that i can control the valve manually at all times.when move or or idling i keep it close then when move off ready i open it. if short distance or alot of traffic light i keep it close, if long ride then i see whether i wanna fly or not ah.hahaha.on the go can adjust one but if u open and whack then u need to slow down around 50kph or around there and then ur rpm around 4 then can close. i open whack see road block stop by road and close then go. if tp beside stop me. i just quickly pull the wire adjust then tp check sound soft no matter how hard he whack.

or using switch to on/off the valve controller?

 

if close valve when riding relax then can save up quite some fuel, but if rev can jam the piston i think.

cause i've enounter before when my valve not working.

about one seater, from one motoring:

 

Vehicle modifications that require LTA's approval

"Seating arrangements

(e.g. Adding or removing seats, re-arranging seats, etc.)

 

Modifying the seating arrangements may have safety implications such as overloading and obstruction of access to the gangway.

Therefore, approval must be sought from LTA and submission of drawings or sketches of the proposed seating arrangements is required for evaluation."

 

 

about suspension,

(i think swingarm falls under suspesion.. might be wrong tho)

 

Vehicle Modifications that are allowed:

Suspension systems

 

(e.g. aftermarket springs, shock absorbers, strut bars, anti-roll bars, etc.)

 

The following requirements must be met when changing or modifying the suspension system:

 

a) Aftermarket suspension systems shall not adversely affect the steering characteristics and manoeuvrability of the vehicle.

b) The installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the product manufacturer's recommendations.

c) The lowest point of the vehicle body shall not contact the road surface at any time.

d) No part of the vehicle bodywork shall be modified to accommodate the suspension system.

on off the servo is quite hard cause u need one to open and another to close also u need to know how long to on and off. i tot of doing like bicycle gear but latchey cause pv cable is shot. so i just freed the valve cables. i just pull one wire to open and the other to close

Maybe simply put a switch in between power source and servo.

Out of curiousity, tong ori pipe or chamber? Prefer which one?

 

original with CAT removed best. hahaha and till today i still dun noe the diff between a ori tong pipe and chamber. actualy what are the benefits eh and differences between them

benefit of proper setup proper racing chamber pipe (some pipes on the market are just copy of original measurements so not much different in power):

1) very light (can save some kgs aredi)

2) powerful

3) takde sangkut-sangkut.. (please translate for me)
