PORTING..jangan sembarang porting...jangan kasi sembarang mechanic lay..Ijahanam kan blok jer..sekarang blok mahal ohh..

Filter leceh ah, hujan takleh jalan huhuh, cume low end ngan midrange lebih pickup ngan smooth.

Skarang CDI tak tau da brape lame, kalau prev owners takde tuka, da 10 taun lebih, maseh working ah.

 

Aku gi tuka pipe pasal ori pipe aku da patah pat endcan pasal accident, da weld balek pon patah jugak eventually, bunyi kat end can nyaring bile bukak valve, below 6k bunyi mcm stock. Mechanic kate race pipe, outlook macam ori pipe, takde logo ke ape.

 

Mainjet tuka ke 200, pilot tak tuka, ni part turning ngan jetting aku tak tau.

Race pipe ok

Flat slide carb-Not good for road use, for track ok.

Porting- Porting requires skill so not any mechanic can do, if never do propery block spoil, waste money, block expensive.

Premix-Risky if never get ratio right. Use Motul 510 put inside 2T tank.

Air Filter-Use box better.

Race CDI-Rev faster but they burn out in 8-10 months, Ori CDI lasts for 3-4 years.

YY PANG is my choice..i'm using yy pang for 12 years edi..hahaha..yy pang got 3 types of chmaber for tzm..sprint..track and road use.at jb oni can find road use which same as AHM...so u can go for both...

 

tulah abeh nak track nyer kene naik kl kape cari.. malas siot nak layan bas 5 hours.

 

hahaha....tak kuasa aku..ko tak cakap boleh tahan...motor memang cukup kuat dan hensem..lum ader tanding kat spore..haha..16 tahun motor nie dah lasak..haha

 

tunggu ah aprilia fork ngah on the way..

swing arm r125 dah setahun terperuk kat atas almari..

skg ngah fikir nak rim 3 batang or 5 batang..

kalau 3 batang buat wayne rainey replica.. 5 batang buat redbull gary mccoy rep. hee.

 

still takleh lawan kau nyer ah.. ko nye rim brembo tzrr kan?

 

tapi aku buat alah kadar je ah.. moto da jadi P.R joho.. haha sekali sekala je leh jenguk.

my bike gave me problem again.i never use my bike because of army for about 2 weeks i guess? then recently went to pump oil ,refil 2t and all those .i went to the usual bike shop .they told me that my oil seal broke so i fix it up and change engine oil.but in the night it died halfway while riding about 100km/hr ..just totally shut off .how to kickstart also cannot .any advise ?friend told me oil tank dirty choke until .Any advise from those senior tzm riders?

my bike gave me problem again.i never use my bike because of army for about 2 weeks i guess? then recently went to pump oil ,refil 2t and all those .i went to the usual bike shop .they told me that my oil seal broke so i fix it up and change engine oil.but in the night it died halfway while riding about 100km/hr ..just totally shut off .how to kickstart also cannot .any advise ?friend told me oil tank dirty choke until .Any advise from those senior tzm riders?

 

piston seize. ur bike overheat. must check. den u'll noe. coz my friend also the same. on the way back home riding 100 at express way suddenly engine died. tmmr i check for him. piston sieze.

i have heard so many funny sounds from my engine already.

and also how do we know our conrod is still okay even though got sounds from top engine?

like how do we differentiate these sounds..?

Sekali your piston knocking.

 

might be true.

cause last time i got sounds like u put plastic ruler into a fan *piak-piak-piak* repeatedly.

problem was: piston bearing.

now i suspect my piston too.. sounds like monster now got extra *ngreng-ngreng-ngreng* repeatedly.

funny sounds ah~ but seriously have lah.. haisss

Is you block modded to for higher compression? Like skimmed head, big bored etc?

my engine is stock bro.

just overhauled last night :(

valve broke, e other half went into block then into engine *smack*

spending rm900 on full overhaul, power valve and rear swing arm welding

still thinkin whether wanna let go my m anot..

cause i got keep record i have spent 3k after 3 accidents on both performance and cosmetic already

haisss.. i rode for only ONE year.

i think i need some counselling siol. depression~~~

I've spent 2k+ on repairs alone after 2 accidents, mind you they were done in SG. Prolly not gonna sell, no more 2 strokes around and not really interested in 2A...unless I can get an S4 to look like a vintage cafe racer with full race fairings.

 

If valve can break, you got service the valve before? Unlikely for the 1 piece one to break, the original 2 piece one yes.

within one year of riding, this overhaul is my THIRD time!

haiyo sangat pening kepala omggg cause i'm planning to keep sey..

yeap true, i wanna taste 2-strokes before it really goes extinct..

my power valve ori.. done service two months ago.

one is stucked at the e normal place, e other is missing~

 

i think e ultimate root cause is my servo motor sey. dah sort.

servo spoilt then valve spoilt then piston spoilt then conrod spoilt

then...*tadaaa!* overhaul.

one after another~ now then i realise *smack*

 

1st time did at defu lane: lasted one month wtf

2nd time did at motolink@lorongbapok: lasted 5months cause i think now is my fault cause servo i din change.

3rd time did at motolink@lorongbapok: hopefully last forever LOL.

but mine is a tzr. which is even older then tzm. i have only been having it for about 8 months ah but the i rev high alot and whack like nobodies business. so far has not caused me any problem all. thats y i wonder how come i hear tzm alot of time overhaul.
