Aiyo clutch plates cannot anyhow DIY, you'll need special tools to remove it. Go JB do, cheaper but make sure you check after they do it. Might as well get it overhauled, put aside 600 sing, more than enough but better to err on the safe side.

standard is the best....

Tau la but hand itchy, standard predictable but still can go fast, modding will make the bike bobok then suddenly fly. Not practical for normal riding, great for racing. Bike becomes unforgiving, wrong gear wrong time can fall.

Dengar flatslide smoother compared to round bore, that's why.

bagus tu bagus..tapi for setakat race kat track okie..for road use tak mujarab..pipe mau chamber..filter box tak leh pakai aru carb tu leh mujarab ..fuel consumption sendri mau ingat laa..haha..paling setting tu yang penting sekali..selagi kau tak dapt rasa dia nyer cun memang tak best..cam nak campak jer carb tu kat dinding..haha

I think porting will depend on your pipe's powerband. Not really sure la about this. Skimming increase compression, will induce knocking but with octane rating of our petrol, shouldn't be a prob.

Porting must be done properly, if not, the power band might become too narrow, too high up, the bike becomes unrideable. In short, not any mechanic can do porting.

So any mech that are good at doing porting in singapore ?Heard msia got alot of good mech but no time to go ,army seldom got time ..Abit confusing .So in short if i change to racing block = to port the block ,Racing carb and normal carb whats the diff .Just had advise from my friend to change this both .And heard that change too much will cause the whole bike tend to cork up easy and spoil easier that orginal parts? Thanks .Kinda need tution lesson about parts haha.

Aiyah if you have the money, up to you, its your money. For me, I think I'll revert back to stock then play with outlook, want more power upgrade better, cheaper too.

Characteristics of heavily modded bikes, especially 2 strokes = narrow power bands, high rev. Which means it will bog bog bog fly, this is not an issue with track use because most of the time, you'll be gunning the throttle, riding in the powerband, most if not all the time. This is not practical for street riding because you have to deal with stop and start traffic, slow speed corners and roads.

Its not a must to change carb if you port but if you want the most out of your bike, you can port, skim head, im not sure if have bigger sleeve, bigger carb intake, race ignition including plugs, plug head and coil, voltage regulator, grounding, high speed bearings, premix, bigger radiator, race pipe, just some of the things you can do la.

High rev = more wear and tear naturally. Singapore mech good at porting? Dunno leh, must ask the pros ah.
