Good Luck & all the Best to all Team & Participants.

Hope to see more Singapore Spectators from our shores to Support.

For the Supportors,PhotoGraphers or juz family outings this is wat Sepang Official have offered to u Guys :-

2. Spectators

In order to entice more crowds during MSS, SIC has decided to let MSS races available free of charge

to spectators. To make it even better, spectators can now watch the race at the comfort of air conditioned Paddock Club 3 located at the main paddock building. Wrist-tag which allows access to paddock area can be obtained at security post upon entering tunnel to paddock area. Anyone who needs tag that granted an access to the pit-lane area need to apply a pit-lane access tag at RM 50.00 per tag (must be 16 years old and above). Racers café which on previous year was set up at the main paddock entrance will be reallocated to Paddock Club 3’s barbecue area. Grand stand will be fully closed during MSS except for special cases.

3. Entrance gate and parking bay

To manage the increase activities at the paddock area since paddock is now open to spectators, only one paddock access gate will be opened (west gate). Only team’s crew and racers who needs to download their equipment are allowed to pass thru main entrance. Racers and team members will be allocated a parking area at P1 and spectators at P2. Parking charges for spectators is RM 5.00 per entrance for cars and RM 2.00 for bikes.

4. Team paddock charges

Normal rate apply for team who need to use Team Common Room (TCR) and Team Office (TO). For TCR, the charge will be RM 500.00 during the course of the event. For TO, the charge will be RM 200.00 during the course of the event. An additional security deposit of RM 500.00 is required and will be refunded upon completion of race when SIC race management officials is satisfy that TCR and TO are in good condition as per before race.

5. Track Photographers

Looked at the changes being made to accomodate spectators and better market the MSS races.

Brilliant, looks like the new management is picking up steam and headed in the right direction.

Racers should encourage them to show positive support and gratitude, without exploiting the new management.

Things are looking up, in Malaysia that is.

Hopefully some people will take notice and replicate.

Cheers,

Hartholomew Mamola.

1 question - can non-racers take part in d thursday n friday practice sessions?

Posted

There is no rule saying that non racers cannot join in the Thursday and Friday sessions, but things may have changed...

However, please be aware that 99% of the riders on those days are hell fast and it may prove dangerous if you are not up to that level.

From what I remember, it was discouraged.
