Anyone can help me here...i've traded my bike at bike shop on Aug...But how come i've received HDB summon stating offence on 23Sep...does dis means dat de new rider is using de bike under my name? or de bike shop is being dishonest for not transferring my name?

 

Whom should i report to, bike shop or HDB or even LTA?

is there someway i can check wif LTA regarding my ex-bike ownership?

U can call LTA and see who is the registered owner of the bike now.......
