isit possible to charge a flat bike batt from say, a car 12V batt?

they are the same volts but diff amps.

the batt will be taken out from the bike,conn to the car batt and just step on the car acc.

 

if not possible using a car, hw abt using another bike?

yes you can, but if the bike battery is very flat (which is should be if u need to charge it this way), you risk damaging the battery by the sudden inrush of current. It is best to use a current regulated external charger which charges at 1A or less.
