hi all, can i take legal action against a bike shop if it failed to deliver the bike on time? eg. reporting them to CASE? i hv waited for 2wks plus for my bike lioa, whereas my fren got his bike from other bike shop within 1wks.. PLZ help..

yes, if the delivery date is stated clearly in the agreement letter signed between you and the shop, you have the right to take legal action against them and refer to CASE.

 

but will advice to have a good talk with the bike shop first.

I agree you can refer them to CASE...but in my experience last time, what i did was i told them they should compensate me for my wait..and i got myself a Free AGV helmet, Gpr raincoat, Bike Cover and a permitted delay of 1 month installment..but i'm ok with this though some bikers dont like my decision..
