For this league to have fun, i suggest we cancel the forfeit. Tetapi, last 3 team tetap kena denda. Cuci dan polish untuk grand champion. Amcm?? Ade sape2 nak kasi suggestion, silakan..

err.. cuci kan ke split the cost for cuci? kalo cucikan aku out..same reason as TLK(see below)

Firstly,

I would like to thank D'Gapz for their kind hearted intention sponsoring the Grand Prize and the Manager of the Month Prize..

here are my thoughts and suggestions...

Monthly Prize (Manager of the Month)

I think the FOC washing prize is simply good enough and practical. Let's leave it as it is... No issues..

Grand Prize (Top Manager of the Season)

i see that there are some issues regarding the last 3 having to wash the winner's bike.. . So this is my suggestion (kalau blom ader org suggest lah)

I like D'gapz's prize for the grand winner. It's good and it's definitely better than the monthly prize. So i suggest we keep that.

About having the last 3 washing the winner's bike, i think we should also scrap that since there are some issues here and there..

anyway i find last 3 is alot, 2 seems like a better number since it's a 14 managers league as for now. Premier League have 20 teams, so 3 relegation spots.. If we reach 20 managers, then take the last 3..

another suggestion from me is that.. I suggest we collect a small amount of money at the end of the season from all the managers (players). The last 2 will have to pay double as a small token for being unworthy (hehe) managers. I'm not suggesting a big amount, probably about $5 and $10 for the last 2..

simple calculations:

14 managers - 1 manager (Grand Winner) = 13managers

13 managers x $5 = $65

(Extra contributions from 2 last managers) $5 x 2 = $10

Total amount : $65 + $10 = $75

$75 can get meaningful prize for the grand winner. I think he deserves that for being the best among us managers. After all, it is a long 38 games season

So the Grand prize will be:

in the beginning there was forfeiture for the last 3 or something.. must do this and that..

my idea is that everyone playing chip in.. it's only $5 for the whole season and $10 for the last 2 losers..

no monthly forfeiture involve..

just monthly and season prize.. that's all..

i think it's very simple and also do make everything a little bit more fun..

well.. it all started when someone asking about having prizes a few posts back..

at first Nicky wanted to sponsor the gifts for the end of the season manager, which i find not fair for him... just because he initiated the game, must he provide the prizes?..

Then came in the kind hearted D'Gapz wanting to sponsor some prizes to make the whole game rather interesting.. i salute Rudy for wanting to do so..

Then came the chaos of forfeit and such and ideas of gifts..

to me if Rudy wanna sponsor prizes, i take with 2 big hands.. anyway i also like his services and will reccommend his services to other riders if they ask..

if want gifts, i think everybody should chip in..

if wanna play the game as it is, then i think that there should not even be a mention of prizes in the 1st place.. because sometimes even when the idea was spoken in jest, some may find it's a good idea and kickstart something..

to me, i was giving some ideas where i think it's fair for everybody and also hopefully create some interest among us. I gave a sum of $5 as a reference (i failed to mention that in my 1st post), as i find it's quite affordable among us.

i am not comfortable about washing, polishing, or waxing another man's bike because i do not dare to take the responsibilty if something happens.

I am comfortable playing the game if it is just for bragging rights for the whole season between beloved friends..
