FMC riders, nak tanya about this bike...

is it true the bike FC full tank can go nt more than 250km?

 

this is the mileage from my Fazer1000 ( 2005 model - carburator )

 

 

- average mileage : 180miles (289kms) on Singapore road before reserve light on. Change gear at 4000rpm. Maintain at 100km/hr on Expressways

 

- NSH mileage : 136miles (220kms) based on 140km/hr with occasional burst up to 180km/hr before reserve light on. With pillion and panniers

 

after reserve light on, still have about 4 litres of petrol reserve.

 

petrol consumption varies from bike to bike and mod to mod.. so this is just for my bike.. mebbe u can compile a few bike's mileage and average them out to get a rough idea..

dats not the defect... on a few (like 1 outa 50) the frame can crack on impact or too much stress..tapi akunye pernah minor accident tak ape ape2..
