This track day has been organised with both the seasoned trackgoer and the newbie in mind. As frequent trackday junkies, we know how intimidating it can be for non-racers and those who are new to trackdays, to join "Open" trackdays where riders of all calibre mix it it up on the track, with predictable consequences.

Decide quickly if you want to join in this track event as places are going pretty fast.

As always, we try to meet all expectations to ensure you have as safe a trackday as possible.

Except for the weather.

But we are working on that too. :)

Dear Hartholomew,

I have discussed the matter of weather over Sepang, Malaysia on the 15th & 16th of August 2009 with my Archangel - Michael.

We were at first thinking that a heavy downpour over that area on the dates you mentioned would be a fitting match to the thunder-like "boom" of the many Ducatis expected.

But since we realised that there will a bright orange KTM gracing the occasion, the sun, who was smitten with the color that matched his own, over-enhusiastically insisted on attending.

I want to thank you for enlightening me to the fact that all bikers are worshipping me every time a knee goes down on the tarmac, just like when people kneel to me in prayer; and that it would be difficult on a wet, friction challenged surface.

Obviously this will not happen if it rains right? So sunny days it is as long as you all are good children and do not harrass other road users on the way to Kuala Lumpur.

Be nice.

Alleluia,

The Almighty God.

Who's the Marshall for the convoy?

Wil it be Throttlestop!

Hi,

We have a few Marshall for this trip up but Throttlestop is not one of them. He have other duties to follow up.

:sian:

Thank you

Cheers

Yeah dudes I am going and will be the one of the marshall's to, at and from KL for those that want a guide, just like the last one.

The main marhalls for the ride up was supposed to be John Mcguiness (Isle of Man TT Legend) and Casey Stoner (whinging pommie) for the track, but John had to pull out because he was afraid of Malaysian roads and Casey is afraid that Malaysian food might upset his stomach again.

They will be controlling my KTM via bluetooth though, so all should be good as long as I can maintain a strong satellite signal.
