I've seen a couple of tzrs in bukit pnjang and tiong bahru got me and another person. All i see at carpark one.

Never seen the owners before. I know stay tiong bahru one is indian. Cos got some indian god sticker on the bike. Lol very good condition as well.

Damn... The paintwerk gotta hold. My bike is in the workshop right now. My front sprocket spindle is totally botak and need total overhaul. Got a 2nd hand gearbox, ported block with a bigger piston, keihin pwk28 flatslide carb, 2nd hand wiring harness. Probably gotta change a new clutch basket as well...

 

Gotta take stupid MRT for now..

i dont think u gotto do a complete overhaul for the gear thingy,it should be the shaft that holds the gear that is botak,just change that shaft can already..

Ya but that shaft is connected across the whole engine to the otherside where the gear box rests?

can be done,dont have to do complete overhaul...

dont waste the $,wait till si bei jia lat or jammed then do it..

but its still up to u..

Thanks for your advice bro. But my gearbox the shift fork also abit worn. Change gear will jump out.. So might as well all do one time.

yes yes,last time all my friends tZrs with 1 seater n all always tongpang ppl...hahahahahaa...

if afraid of breaking,can just go put extra mold onto the seater...makes the seater thicker...

not very tiong lah,only some chrome,modified exhaust,carbs,blocks,one seater,etc etc......

how much did u buy the block ? size of piston ?
