Unlike man utd to give away a 3-0 lead.. the 1st goal by bayern's olic is a sucker punch.. 3-0 half time = game over.

3-1 half time = fight back chance.

olic's goal was because of a lack of concentration. that started the bayern fightback. actually the game could have been done and dusted in the first half when rafael had a chance. he went for glory and missed instead of squaring the ball for rooney or nani. rooney's reaction to that miss said it all.

IT was a real pity to see the remaining players run their lungs out to go after the ball after rafael's send off,even though he was inexperience, he shud use his brain a lil more, Robben's goal showed how tired the players were. Despite the exit, it was still a satisfying performance by man united,10 men against a team like bayern is no easy task. Its ok, heads up peeps, hopefully we can take the lead from chelski and win the bpl and there is always next year to hunt for trophies. This defeat will only make SAF and his red army hungrier for more.
