sometimes the vibration from the gasket will link ...that's why...u will feel the vibration on the handle bar... but i'm not the expert here...hehehe....

There are many reasons y handlebar vibrate...

if it vibrate durin ur ride....

its normal for some bikes...especially u are in 5-6,000rpm.

if

try to freehand n test...

vibrate means...

1)ur front tyre is gonna finish/spoilt soon.(i met tis prob b4)

2)ur front rim is abit koyak(outta shape)

tats wat i can tell u...it might b other reasons

Had a small crash today at the filter lane.

Jammed my brake to avoid hitting the car in front

Tried tahan my bike from falling but no use.. fell down my bike. injured my hips.. freaking pain.

Best is, the TAXI behind me, see me buang i look at him he look at me.. and he kept waiting for me to get up to shift my bike.. he had a passenger in his car though.. ended up he overtook me

Tried standing up but fell down back as it was way too painful.. And the pedestrain.. all f*ckers. Stand there see show, like machiam never see someone buang before. Make me so dispise them.

Lucky another rider came and helped me with my bike

Bike's balancer spoil, clutch lever spoil..

Worst thing now is.. the balancer sort of like chiped inside, its halfway out.. think the screw inside got twisted then cannot take out at all.. any advice and how i could go about taking out my balancer?

Try get any tools to remove it out....if you need help, can ask me help you loh...

sian sian sian... last nite book out frm camp.. my bike cannot start.. so i increase my idling.. it became woast. Da sound is not like normal.. its so weak n got da po po po sound from my pipe. Just change my engine oil n sparksplug last week. I called TNT , he told me its my sparksplug burn out liao.

 

So.. anyone tio this b4? how cum da sparksplug will becum wet 1 ? Issit da rain too big ? I got put bike cover leh.. hmmm. .

ur bike no power rite? and ur exhaust is like harley sound rite? juz warm up ur bike till the temperature gets half or near half...if the bike still dies...trottle n make it hot~ den off engine...n wait for awhile...for it to cool down...den should be ok after that liaoz... coz i also hav this problem whenever came across heavy downpour~

ya lor no power.. full throttle onli 60km/hr ( last time my kips also same problem but tats bcoz i use denso irilium ) .. even motor bicycle can thrash me..

SO worried so i went go guan hoe there.. fix liao.. HA HA . actually is da sparksplug wet liao... my tuning all screw up.. da petrol intake too much...then da head of da sparksplug is very black or too much petrol.( sparksplug just change 2 weeks ago ). After changing sparksplug n tuning of bike.. its alive again... heng ah.. though wad happen.. phew.

for yer balancers, if you cannot unscrew it out, can slowly pry it out cos the balancers are attached to the handle bar via a rubber bung that expands inside the handlebar hole.

 

As you screw the bolt/screw at the end of the balancer, it compresses the rubber making the rubber fatter(bigger circumference) thus getting tighter in the handlebar.

Poor R3sistor..i got the same situation like u...but worst...tat time i skip n fall on the ground...my right hand sprint..stuck in the middle of the junction..no one help me...car waitin...got a Murther Forker KTM guy smiling at me n do nthing...bobian...get up myself n try push the bike to the side...engine cap crack...n yet still tahan n ride to planet n continue my driving lesson...

hmm as wat i can c...u fall on the right side ..pengz...regardin ur balancer..hmm...did u try use other tools to open?if realli cannot cum to my wkshop...i try help u remove wif powerdrill etc....

New clutch is bout $5-7 at LAB..its very easy to fix..D.I.Y

but make sure u check ur bike is theres any coolant,petrol,engine oil leakin..u nv noe wat happen...takecare

hee.. for me.. when my bike have that sound ar... confirm is spark plug spoil... for your bike i duno whether it will be the same problem or not... usually i will start the bike n slightly touch the metal pipe at the bottom of the bike leading to the sparkplug. If one or more is cold, i know that spark plug is spoil liao lor..

 

As for my bike problem... 1 pin from the old rectifier is burnt... thus my rectifier can't operate properly... bought new rectifier from ah boy for $120. Fixed it on the bike then realise my 3rd spark plug spoil... coz the cable short-circuit.. so.. bikeshop say tape it up should be fine liao... hopefully after this then no more such problem again lor...

Dun relay on black tape onto your live wires....they will peel off or came off eventually after day and nite under sun or rain. Its better for you to make a new wire connection using male and female pins.

I check around car workshop and my workshop, they say TOYOTA VOIS from Thailand so far no problem. If got problem, its also 'suay' lar...

 

Some more, VOIS using VVT-I engine. Its control the valves timing better than last time. Its proved to have more power in high speed and even moving off and the intake valve will change depend on your speed and throttle. The fuel consumption also better than the new Nissan Sunny CTVC E-Throttle.

 

The manual gearbox is as good as Corolla Altis. But for the auto gearbox, its will tend to work more harder due to the over horse-power from the engine so it will be more stress. Regular change of auto oil will be good enough to protect.

 

Only thing is the air-con compressor, a bit more noisy than others.....but its still working as normal. Its still from Denso.

 

Most of the engine parts and sub parts are from Japan. Thailand is the one assembly the parts.

 

So......SO FAR NO PROBLEM....

hows your bike now? it sounded real good when GH boss was revving it

tink got quite some carbon build up though cos can see black particles flying out

as josean has said, slightly rich jettings will cause plugs to foul often.

 

when i swapped back to the original air filter(from K&N), my plugs would often foul if i left the bike to idle for too long

 

another sign was when riding, clutching in from high revs to change up would cause my bike to die off.
