oo..$2 to change only ehz....thats quite affordable..den in that case no nid change myself...cos tinking if its ex, will learn n go change myself in jb, cos noe of a few jb shops that dun charge extra for disposal

yup..they dun service charge..even in sg...eg planet,they juz quote u the price of no. bottle u purchase....

the gd point is...lets say u change EO & oil filter...it need 3.5 bottle (4)

they juz charge u price of 3 bottle...they onli give tis to regular customer.

 

n yah...esso gold cost around rm28=sg13+ gd buy....u can get it at any esso kiosk.if u realli wanna change at jb* try motul 5100 nt bad.

alright problem is retified...guess my EO is due for change

everything's ok after a ride... guess EO is dirtied or too thick to lubricate the clutch plates during starting up. Any recommended EO for gsxr400? 10yr old..fully syn 1.... i thinking of maxima, fuchs or R4. Motul 5100v recommended? thou it's semi syn

Solidpig: try fuchs.. so far so good for me. Its good ~ $14 per bottle from quick389. Or try motul300v. So far heard good comments of tat for g4 or others.

 

All : If go inspection, my manual switch for headlight n white xenon light can pass da inspection anot ? Scare smalls things they catch . Any lobang which centre not tat strict wan ?

where can I get k&n oil filter for g4? let's say if i have to change oil filter, need to get 4 bottles right.. tot of using semi syn oil leh. wanna save up for other stuffs. where to get cheap and recommended semi syn EO for g4?

K&N oil filter i think K&T got.. da same lane as planet. Cheapest in town ? Not sure.. but if u come my place its free.. haha. G4 onli need 3 bottle.. Onli super4 or others need 3 1/2 bottle. Tats wad K&T 1 of da mech told me. From manual also states Oil change 2300ml. With Filter change 2800ml . Overhaul need 3200ml. Duno correct anot leh.. But our engine cover states 2900ml rite? No need K&N oil filter wan.. use stock is cheap.. $10+ onli. Air filter then must try K&N.

 

Knn.. my full tank normally 240 then open reserve. Now reach 220 then reserve liao..

shawn-2900ml is the one inside the engine..the other 300ml is inside oilfilter,pipe etc..the leater seat ex?but my frd told me they do $60+nia...hmm gonna check it out.

Tat time pour in 2900ml.. then think da mirror reading is below Low . Then bought another bottle from quick289 n top up another 300ml. haha paisei.. too stress finding job.Stress cannot *think*.

I'm at tampines, east side, but dun mind we can meet up at opp AB MSCP lah, share share knowledge lor, coz I also not very gd at technical stuffs. I DIYed my grounding with a few frenz. We shared the cable and lugs and tools.

 

I need to do some rewiring and re-grounding for some points too
