yoz....any idea how much ah chong charges for original sprockets n did x-ring for our bikes?

 

dunno leh... have not changed before... i believe it would be cheaper at ah bee but most of the people here dun like going there.

hhmm..actually i think that the GSXR attracts more attention than a RVF/CBR. This is cos there are lesser numbers of us on the road. More likely is that you can see a CBR/RVF on the road so ppl jus take it as a norm already :p As for the GSXR, ppl will turn to give it a second look cos they are not too sure wat bike it is :D

Anyway, IMHO, the GSXR has a more agressive profile than the CBR/RVF. Even my non-biker friends comment that it looks bigger, almost like a class2 due to the big breakfast tank. :D

 

Yup, on a cool nite or morning, the engine is definately more responsive and smooth.

 

and gsxr pipe sounds much better then rvf/cbr. however the kwacker sounds the best.

agreed..the zxr4 exhaust is really very bassy and throaty..

 

i'm quite itchy to get a yoshi for my GSXR just to make more noise but cannot afford the fine if i get caught :p

Hee, I am using the yoshi for my GSXR for about 2 months...Veyr loud and sound like car..haha..but I also scare of TP...

 

CAM chain snapped is usually caused by poor engine oil or insufficient engine oil...in that case.. I think most of the parts in the engine are almost goner too..better stay clear..

Guys, I bought a bottle of Redline water wetter..haven't have to change to flush my cooling system yet......anybody know the collant capacity of Gsxr400RR??

 

Oh by the way. I try Vin13 SP-II model today....wow man...it's really a different bike form the other Gsxr400RR..Totally Diff..the pick up and much more smooth and fast and other GSXR400RR and the sound more smoother..

Yo guys, do anyone of u have spare suspension or knows anyone scrapping off their GSX but yet have a working condition suspension?

i noticed that sp model hav an electronic device on its carb..

 

issit the TPS?? throttle position sensor??? i remember its connected to the cdi, notice SP model have different CDI

i dun care how much more power it gives... but i would love to get my hands on the fully adjustable rear shocks with the reservior and the front forks of the sp model...

but by now the rear shocks would probably be fooked anyway......
