Buying a laid out bike?

May i know what the procedures?? Anyone bought a laid out bike before?

 

1) Bring for inspection (by previous owner) ?

2) I buy insurance

3) Transfer ownership

 

or

if u straight away want ride the lay out bike .

 

u need an inspection cert first

insurance cover

buy road tax

 

 

if u dont want ride it now just follow the previous owner method .layout for a few months.
