parts updates:

 

1. Carbon fibre moulded head cowl & fairing + headlight ($500 neg) -used

2. Stock Tailboard (left and right only, left side had a portion broke off) ($80) -used

3. HRC Centre Mount Cylinder Head with water hose n gasket ($220) -brand new in package with brand new waterhose, brand new gasket.

4. Stock Bottom Cylinder Head ($50) -used

5. Used Clutch Housing (Condition above average) ($50) -used

6. Stock PGM4 rim (non-magtek) (pls offer) -used

7. NGK BR10ECMVX Plug x 2 (for track use) -brand new $10 each, $18 for both

8. 2 sets of HRC jet needles for sale. -brand new (clips provided for tuning to perfection) $40 a set

if u retify ur problem liao tell mi..

mine was e mech told mi is e crankshaft center oil seal broke liao den nid to change to a new crankshaft which cost $1000+++++++.

nope both side hot.. 1st check ur plug if its wet.. if wet meaning bad mixture, mayb too much 2t.. most cases are the bottom plug gets fouled easily.. so the right exhaust will be cold air.. izit very hard 2 ride when accelerating from 0? meaning have to keep reving to maintain ur rpm?

yes.... and the kick start tingy onli ba... onli these 2 problem....

2004 : TA200

2005 : NSR150 , x1

2007 : PGM IV

2008 : Fino

hmm.. check ur air intake.. mayb too much air intake.. or jet size too big..

hmm.. u seldom ride? coz if park for some time den all ur 2t in ur block will 'sink' to the bottom.. causing ur plug to be wet.. have 2 replace it.. n whack all the 2t out @ 2nd link.. :lol:

 

2nd possibility will b ur mixture too rich.. actually for pgm hor.. 2t pump open smallest oso enough for everyday riding.. but b4 u whack ur bike hard on track or 2nd link juz pour a cap of 2t into ur petrol tank to play safe.. juz check ur bottom plug to c if its super wet n black.. if yes den gotta do a setting to ur carb n adjust ur 2t intake..

 

3rd will be ur compression got problem.. meaning piston ring wear? gonna jam soon? block scratched badly? scary huh? haha..

 

2T alot doesnt mean gd.. u only need 'sufficient' to make the bike running well..

 

how to check? go whack ur bike hard for a short distance.. like try to reach ur top speed.. den when u stop.. immediately pulls out ur bottom plug.. if the tip of plug is white meaning ur petrol intake not enough.. golden n abit damp means juz nice.. black n wet means too much 2t liao..

hmm.. if the bike very difficult to start.. mayb jet size too big liao.. do the test i posted earlier to check.. pgms are meant to be whack once in awhile..

 

any outings? will meet up too if possible.. but dun ride around la.. coz i no longer rides a pgm.. if going anywhere sit down have a drink n tcss.. count me in.. 98756701.. =)
