Depends. Bought my relatively good condition PGM4 SE with some SP parts and 10 year COE at 7k, and spent about 4-5k for new bodywork, full SP conversion and HRC 030 card. With the current PQP at 3.5k, and if the bike is done up well and the way you want it, and it depends on what you what to do with it in the long run, 12k may not be VERY ex.

 

But some may call me crazy.

It is VERY exp,even with current PQP if u pay.The uncle can go keep the bike till he die if wanna sell 12k
