those co. D&D and stuffs... i need ideas, need "feed-backs".

What would u like to get during ur co D&D? (reasonable ones la!)

 

what kind of door gift? Prizes? Lucky Draw?

door gift usually a cup, a frame somting like dat wit co.'s logo on it...

some of d co. giv cash for d top 3 prizes lucky draw, some giv electrical ting, like tv, home theatre etc..

n also it dpends on d co. budget..

If can then get sponsors from some of your suppliers or wat lor. Some company do that.

here are some things that i've done before when i organized events for my team...plus some other ideas...

1. Apparels (T-shirts, bags, caps, socks etc)

2. Keyrings

3. USB memory cards

4. Accessories holders (e.g. for notebook adapters)

5. Travel adapters (for frequent flyers)

6. Waterproof camera (cheap film cannister type for pool/beach/foam party)

7. Buff

8. Passes & vouchers (e.g. movies, spa, fuel, meals etc)

9. Panadol

 

I think there are many possibilities. It all depends on:

1. your theme

2. your team

3. your budget

 

You can then figure out what is best. Most importantly, don't get things that you won't use yourself. So cheapo apparels are not recommended. The only thing cheapo in the list above is the waterproof camera and people will use it at the party. Then you can offer to do the printing and show off the pictures in the company lobby or something. Its all in good fun.

Ya Aie is rite. Mustafa got alot of gift. Like cup coasters, that are very nice too. You shall look it up at 3rd floor i think.

Usually schools have lobangs for these gifts thingy..They have a supplier which provides them with a catalogue and you can find just about any gifts you want in the catalogue..Even print out company/school logo/name on these gifts..I totally forgot the name of the company tho..

Company Logo Briefcases, campers bag look-alike, mugs, leatherman tools, torchlights, water bottles, thermal water flasks, t-shirts, caps, ties, batik shirts, towels, face towels, pen & mechanical pencils set, thumbdrives, MRT cards with $10 value, Phone cards, radios, table clocks & watches with photoframes, calculators & notepads.

 

All specially printed with company logo.

 

There is some companies that provide some kinda vouchers like for shopping at NTUC. Maybe just $10/- value.

 

For table draws or lucky draw events, of course you need to consider bigger items to give away, not forgetting maybe even a plak (I know its wrong spelling, but I think you boys get the idea) or some bouquets of flowers to give to the people involved in making either the company a success or at least the dinner a succcess.

opps....I suddenly remembered umbrellas.

 

And TS, you need to consider that the items you buy for door gifts can be easily carried around.

 

Or you will have a headache arranging for transport of the items to your D & D venue. Or people might just simply just dont bring back those items.

 

I know I always give away the umbrellas I received.

BTW, some considerations for gift ideas.

 

When you give to people, and they leave the company, they might well, wear those things and be doing bad things. Like maybe rob/rape some people and the company logo is obvious, where the witnesses well......can link to the company. Bad marketing plan siah....

 

I prefer gift items, that can be used and kept in the bags/office.
