walked in today in the evening to customise a sticker which was relatively small in size...

 

was attended to by a older lady and young boy in white polo t ... they were very helpful and accomodating ... the lady has helped me b4 and her werk is good ... here is what happened ... :

 

the sticker i wanted to make would take some time to get printed so i told the lady i would go for dinner 1st and come back b4 closing to get it collected ... she agreed to this, i made payment and left.

 

after dinner, i got back only to see that the sticker i had requested for printed wrongly and i brought the issue to the attention of the young boy and he was helpful and said they would help me get it done and not to worry. i was glad to hear that ... and now the problem starts ...:

 

there was this young, China looking gal who was just not interested to help me in anyway. when she heard the issue about the colour not being similar, she lashed out in Chinese saying where can be exactly the same one ... Come on la, i am not understanding and i also noe cannot be exactly the same but the ones i got were totally different !!!

 

Then she re-did it and asked me can or not and i told her it was still too light and dull and guess what she did, she left the computer terminal and left me to fend for myself with the computer ... after a while she came back and sat down at the terminal and asked me again so how, but she changed the screen to one that was about a DRZ bike decal, looked at something on it, swapped the screen back to my design and walked off !

 

I waited, and waited, and waited and finally got pissed off and just left the outlet.

I do understand that 219 is now busy with its bike decal projects, and i saw the long list of appointments u guys have but that does not give u the right to treat customers with minor needs like dirt! If u do not wish to help coz of a hectic schedule or whatever reason, just inform and ask them to come back another time ... What i had to go through was un-called for and that comparable to an organisation with zero concern for customer satisfaction !

 

Good job to the boy and the older lady for their attention to detail and for taking the extra step to make a customer feel glad to patronise their outlet ... but that young chinese gal needs to learn a thing or two about this ... approach the older lady for help if need be !

I have almost the same inc too. I've been patronizing the shop in Bt Merah because they have been great. So I thought for a simple sticker, I might as well just get it done at 219 since I am passing by that area. Instead I was disappointed by their workmanship, attitude and service. I paid them and left for Bt Merah straight away. Indeed, I left Bt Merah a satisfied customer

hi there! very sorry for wad happened there last nite! actually it was not like wad u think, the chi lady went in check as there was something processing in the office. then she came out, check the size of ur sticker so that she can cut the right size to print ur sticker, then went in to get ready the sticker to process ur sticker. but after she came out, u were gone and we had no idea where did u go or anything about it.

 

im sure there must be a misunderstanding, due to miscommunication(as she does not speak eng)! very sorry about that!

 

anw, we will do another one for u. just come down to out place.

Wow first time I see got someone got bad experience with 219? Hmmm I'm sure that most likely the attitude of the chinese girl piss you off. Thats why whenever I go 219 to do my seat or stickers I will directly go to the guy (forgot his name) who does the seat cover and cushion (not the fat one and certainly not the China guy). Explain to him what you really want and he will relay the job to the girl (who does the artwork on the comp.) and the china guy (who does decals).

 

There was this once where the girl showed me attitude while doing my sticker I just ignored and didn't speak to her. In the end she got it wrong and got scolded by the guy and had to redo my sticker. So next time just go to the guy or the lady if you wanna do something at 219. :thumb:

i write this with no hard feelings towards 219 but i need to let it out..happened a few weeks ago on a typical busy friday..from tamp went straight to 219 to have my headlight tinted..when i approached one of the chinese guy who can speak malay, he told me to come another day as they are busy with the decals of a few bikes..i admit im lazy to tint my own headlight and i know its a cheap job but then again its also something that doesnt take a lot of time to do..so i said thanks and made my way to bukit merah..imagine if i had come from tuas and wanted to have them do my headlight..time is not something one can buy..but hey no shop is perfect..i understand that..

same here, I go all the way from my work place (tuas) to 219 and end up ve to u-turn back to b.merah. I dont like the attitude of the above mentioned lady as well. End of the day, spending $1 is also a customer, if the customer is satisfied, most likely he will b back for more.

hmmm me 2 ..

i stay at jurong and my work place is at payalebar..

travelling there by public transport is hell but i wanted to do up my bike for full wrap .. so went down first time .. placed deposit.. and they gave me designs that were ripped off frm internet .... after that pushed my bike down .. they told me 2 days can get it done ..

so i left my bike there for 1st nite .. 2nd day .. itchy backside went back on the 3rd day to check process.. and guess what .. my bike was left untouched ? and i asked how ? they say " very bz la .. full wrap take longer .. bo bian .. eh .. u come back tmr loh " inside me was like wtf .. u haven even started ? and yet tell me 2 days & now u want me come abck another day ? so i got pissed and told them nvm i take back my bike and will be going back someday then .. and i paid the full cash for the wrap 1st ..

till now i have not wrapped the bike yet .. emailed them abt the refund cos cant wait anymore .. but no reply for a week.

not like according to a few people, it seems that not only me got bad experience at 219...maybe they only treat their close friends or people that spend alot better...

 

its just what i feel...

But if u go to CK (nw he join Unique) n got ur job done, im sure he will keep up the promise...

with so many customers. Be in their shoe and think. Can anyone confirm no one has

ever encounter any bad experience with that shop in Bt Merah?? Just give and take and

everyone will walk out as a happy customer.

They've done a full decal for my bike and I would say their service is above average. Not only that, their after sale service is also :thumb:.

dude thats the whole point...

 

their after sales attitude towards u is better coz u paid more than me ... majority people complain is those who make small stickers ... which are cheap ...

 

i dun think using ur experience there as a gauge to us insignificant people to be a valid one...

well it just might be me though...
