question.

where is the place to decrease 2t intake?

 

i am thinking of using motul 600 as base 2t in the 2t reservoir

and using a cheapo semi blended 2t EG: esso low smoke $6.80 for premix into the fuel tank when ever i top up full tank.

wat u guys think? advisable? esso 2ts are all blended except for esso 2t gold which is 100% syn.

i wun not say its super acurate.. but at least there there is a reading and more accurate then the stock speedo. yes got distant travelled.

shldnt scale off too far from true speed ba..

no RPM. of course .. u can add one digital rpm too...

 

yar i also want to fix up my orginal speedo. but.. cost seems expensive.

need a scewdriver(flat one). right side of the bike.beside carbutte.

 

but advise you that you must know how to tune it or else piston jam

 

dunno turn left or rite ? must check with the mannual bk...

 

or else adjust the 2T intake cable.

hey guys, can i ask where would you recommend to get the leather seat repaired or replaced? And how much would it cost? Some bugger cut the seat of my bike today, in a v sign. Sigh. Thanks in advance!

there's a shop besides LAB. an auntie and uncle. cheap and good. think around $28. i had it done for less, cos the auntie took pity on my poor seat being cut up. $25 i think. good luck bro.

besides the clutch basket, on the right side of your bike, you will see a cagiva logo with 2 screws, unscrew them and pop out the cover. you will see a lever that moves when you twist the throttle. There's a line marking on the pump and another marking that doesn't move.

 

there's a cable coming out of the 2T pump. follow the cable and you will see a long allen key shaped screw, fasten by a locking nut. loosen the locking nut and turn the adjusting allen key shaped screw clockwise to decrease 2T intake. (line marking shifts up)

 

if you are not sure, just use a bit of common sense. before you twist the throttle, where's the marking line? the 2T pump is activated via the throttle. so the marking will need to move less when you increase the intake, when you decrease the intake, the marking will move more.

jus playing safe i guess. sizeure is never a good thing.

 

Premix, try to use those premix 2T like motul 800. Those mix better with the petrol in the fuel tank. Since we are running the 2T pump, dun mix too much or white smoke = fine. plus the plugs will foul more easily.

 

i dun think your method matters. what we have is more 2T. plugs may foul, run a bit lean (more 2T = less fuel/air mixture). jus inspect your plug colours to decide.

yar . i got the handle from elsewhere... HELL it did not FIT...

our planets use those with hole type..

MINE DID NOT COME with HOLES... so it cant secure the throttle section properly..

sian..

not only that my balancers were too small.. so cant even fit the chrome handle bar.

haiz.. tomolo going back again..

waste my time disassemble the thingy.. i even got a cut from it.. wah.. double sian.. :cry: :cry:

 

btw. the planet with box outside ah box is not mine... is it yours?.. looks nice !

its the one with the custom bracket one.. i guess..

i think no lah... i am the one that call you to chose the colour minnor. its look more nice looking in planet. did you look at a cagiva planet without minnor before ?

no i didnt ride planet, i ride other... planet member are easy to find just like terry, sometime i saw it in bugis...red petrol tank ? i went down to chase ah boy on suzuki shippment. u parked at the upper carpark mah, keke.but now u can park below liao,more parking lots... and u alway with the purple colour tw200 friend. haha... alway saw him at orchard rd. recently didnt saw its kaki, red,yellow,green tw200 biker liao ? where have they gone to ???

how much u bought the minnor ? $12 ?

Hello guYs!!! I am getting RacingWorld Cagiva Planet... Yeah!!! We are going down to lta to transfer on Wed... by the way guys how much does the handle bar and the side mirrors cost? I would also like to know where can i get it sprayed cheap yet nice!!
