Erm... There are a few places in thailand can play go kart. Think the most famous 1 is in BKK.

The famous one in Bangkok is at RCA (Royal City Avenue)

Its on the 2nd storey of Tops supermarket.

No direct BTS or MRT, got to take a cab there.
