Hi guys,

I heard that Boon Siew has already stop importing

750cc bikes. Is that true?

Actually I plan to purchase a CB 750, be it new or

second hand. However, I am wory that I might face

difficulites in the getting spare parts.

Do parallel import still import this bike? What is the

newest modal for this bike? Lastly does Honda still

producing CB 750?

:help:

Hi there,

I'm leaving the country, so gotta let go of my 1998 CB 750, it's in pretty great shape.

It's a classic design, so not much has changed in almost 10 years.

Call me or sms at 96881194 if you want to see pics of the bike or test ride the machine.

Cheers,

tzao

I always monitor my consumption. Its always between 14 to 18 km/litre. Generally around 16-18 ...

Just to add ... my 2 cents worth. Go for Metzelers ... nothing better. Waitin for mine to wear out then its them for sure.

For Metz i should find JR right?

so far i got quote from the following, quoted $300+ for michels w/o labour and Bridgestone $300+ with labor, HKL quoted me $280 for Dunlops with labour.

gotta change by this week...going for a long run this weekend.

Bro - if ur getting new tyres .. remember to run them in .. at least 100+ kms before your long ride. Tyres have a compound to protect them, which needs to be worn off before you extract tfull performance from them.

thanks for the advice bro...did exactly what you said....and came back from a good ride from Hatyai...i didnt manage to get my hands on a pair of metz. so in the meantime got a pair of cheap arrowmaxs. Not the best but sufficient enough to last me around 6 months. until then, i would keep a lookout for either metz or bridgestone.

another thing is consumption...i got an average of 15km per litre for my almost 2000km ride to and fro Hatyai. Average speed on the journey is about 150kph... bro are you getting near to this consumption?

Hi there fellow CB750 rider. I've been looking for a K&N filter for my CB750F2X. I've searched on K&N and they only have filters for the nighthawk.

Looking at the pic, it resembles the design of the air filter for my F2x.

K&N Air filter for the NightHawk

http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=HA-7591

Air filter for the F2X.

http://www.oemmotorparts.nl/oem5.asp...HO-CB750F2X-TM

I've contacted K&N and they said they aren't sure if it'll fit so they advice me against it...

Any body here have seen the air filters for the NightHawk and the F2X can tell me if they're different or the same? Thanks in advance.

Have you found your K&N filter from EverSucess ?
