Hi, I need help.

 

Can i ask you guys something.

 

I passed my bike on 15 Sept 08.

I passed my car on 15 Jan 09.

 

I met with 2 accidents. (Both bike.)

One in Nov 08 and another in Dec 08.

 

The November 08 accident i kena quite serious. Got investigating officer and everything. So i kena 9 points. But the investigating officer very nice he summon me on August this year to let me save money. He also say extend my probabtion period by 1 month i think. So i got 9 points during august this year.

 

Then Dec the accident, its not my fault. Got one car E-brake den never signal turn in junction. I at the blindspot. So i collided with the car. However ,nothing serious. Police came, we say we settle ourselves.

 

Then i went to IDAC to report accident. Then i said my friend the toe a little fracture and went to hospital for checkup. Then the IDAC people to ask me to make police report or else cannot report accident. Then i went to the police to make report.

 

Then i thought nothing happen alr. Then suddenly, one letter say because of that accident i kena 6 points. Then is it, revoke alr? Please help me. I'm going to appeal tomorrow. Anyway to salvage this situation?

manage to find the police who was on scence the other time ? wa guess the driver play stunt n sabo u.. during personal settlement need to sign both party agree to private n who at fault n who compensating (used to cover backside)..

No i didnt.

The TP send me letter is because i went to make a police report right, is it?

 

Anyway, so i will get revoked ah?

 

Anyway the accident happen so long ago alr, suddenly one letter come. I damn stress ah.

..think maybe the car owner told the police the accident was ur fault..thats why 6 pts for careless driving

er..can try explaining the situation, get a witness to testify it was the driver at fault

the letter stated that im charged with not driving in an orderly and careful manner. I think the police give points to both parties one, is it true?

Considering the fact that you are still under probation, with the 6 added points on top of your current 9, your license will be revoked. It is now wholly up to you to appeal or contest the 6 extra demerit points handed out to you for the second accident, which presumably is not your doing.

 

The 6 extra points may not have been handed to you because of the driver twisting his words. It could be due to the fact that your pillion got hurt while you were the driver of the motorcycle. Clear this up with the authorities.

Argh. Damn unlucky.

 

Another thing. I've checked the computer system. I still got 9 demerit points. The 6 haven't been updated to the system yet. I wrote a letter to appeal already. However, will they delete my 9 demerit points at the end of november (24 mths free of accident will return points right) because its been a year since my last accident.

 

13/11/08 is the accident which i got 9 demerit points.

u pass ur car on 15 jan 09 = u have 3 pts for now until the 6 pts takes effect.

try to appeal or possible to delay the date for the 6pts to take effect.

 

eg. my fren had class 3 and 2b fews yrs back. he holds his class 3 for a few yrs but only recently passed his 2b and still was in pplate.

he got involve in speeding twice driving car and was given something like 8 + 6 pts on 2 diffenent occasion.

in the end court revoke his class 2b as 14pts in total exceeded the 12pts given on his 2b. so he still got 10pts left on his class 3.

Lucky for him cos speeding & drinking normally revokes all classes

 

ur case is like the opp of his only thing is ur class 3 is hanging on top of a broken pole.

so u can delay pass 15 jan next yr. chances u might save ur class 3.
