Bros out there..i've been thinkin to change to an AT. Can u bros help me out, tell me wat to look out for, rite from the pricing, the accesories, till the maintenance.. wud appreciate much.

Price is very subjective. It depends on the age and accessories that comes with the bike. Try to get direct from a seller because the bike usually comes with accessories. If you were to get from a shop, usually its been stripped bare by the ex owner.
