Guys, 1 query, is it better to use manual chian wax or to use those auto/semiauto chain oiler like scottoiller??? Kindly advice, thanks

For lazy people like me, the auto luber is definitely the way to go... travelled in excess of 10k miles oledi and I am still on my stock bottle or scott oil(500ml)...

The cost might seem higher, but then in the long run, you would appreciate your chain to be lube while riding as well...

Hi peeps,

Anyone has the IU fitted under the seat? Does it work when you have a pillion on?

Is it illegal?

Pls advise..

Thx.

Yeah, it does work when placed under the seat. Just don't go too fast. Not sure if it works with a pillion.

you are right about the imbalance... but then nothing is perfect... my works alternate at times... but then chain is still well lubed... the onli reason my chain will wear out within such a short period is becos of my high travelling mileage...

The branded one, onli scott oiler lor... if you wanna get the local product, then look for vincent(vchua)...

Loobman can be purchased from its website. Cost inclusive of 2 weeks delivery is about SGD$55. It consist of a small cheapo bottle that looks like a recycled milk bottle with all it tubes/joints/mounting brackets all using very cheap DIY/improvised kinda material. You'll be so damm disappointed when u see the product at first sight. And people can just squeeze it when u park ur bike, leaving the oil flowing down to your rims/tyres which can be a hazard.

Scottoiler is so far the best chain oiler as it uses vacuum to suck air out of the bottle so the oil goes down to the chain when the bike is on the move only. Flow could be adjusted to heavy or light. Hassle-free, only top up once every fe months. Price is about $150.

thanks man, the switch you also fix on handle bar?

scott oiler no switch... its an auto luber...

The oiler made by vincent(vchua), has a switch installed, therefore by flicking the switch, oil flows...

Just sold my Fazer 1, so have a whole set of touring accessories for sale.

I have a Monokey PL side rack system, which can accomodate 3 boxes. This rack system can be used with just the top rack alone. Best selling point? My top rack is made of tubular stainless steel (approx 1" dia) and powder coated in matt black to match the PL series side rack.

Have a Pyramid rear hugger, Monokey flip up touring screen.

And two Monokey E32 side boxes.

complete price for the lot is $850 (if you buy new)

Now going for $450

I want to sell the whole lot as a set. Will not break the set.

Call me at 97476778.

My name is "Siong"
