The most important is your first exhaust inspection with your stock headers. After that u fix the new headers and u go for annual bike inspection no problem. I know of a few bf riders, all go annual inspection no problem

haizz,..Better buy new one at Elson thr...second hand bf not cheap ler...EquipExtreme is the sole distributor...cheapest one is s/steel design if i not wrong..
