BROS, anyone know roughly how much is a BF nowadays? i haf a fren tt use a class 2 bike header for his BF but i didnt ask him much, is there such thing? n anyone try taking out the stopper or muffler ard the middle of the header? 4 to 2 to 1, i think its ard the 2 area..

Do u know where they "operate" the header?...is it still seng kwang or other place?....im not sure if mine been "operated" before cos Eugene saddlery was saying my BF sound is louder than his fren so he was asking if i did some mod for the header....Now he is making me wonder..

bt my mec doesnt recommend taking our the baffle leh.. say no use or no point.. but lik 2stroke after taking our stopper at the *stomach* will it sound louder/ look obvious after the mod/ need to reset the carb?

It will sound louder definitely obvious. Whether it looks diff or not depends on the quality of the job done. The welding and the respray. A straight through exhaust will consume a lil bit more of petrol an its advantages are more towards the top end speed. Simple example i can give is a cigarette with and without filter. Its easier to 'tarik' the one without filter. More smoke definitely

 

Reset carb no. Retune carb, definitely

Thanks for the meet up yesterday....Finally manage to check out other guys with BF and find out about their reviews and comments.

Like the way when we are riding along mandai road...freaking loud and shiok..Ayoasti will compile the montage later.

 

Btw will try to organize next meet up..do a bit of riding around sg...looking at friday nite...wait out and ride safe guys.

Normal riding on SG roads and touring up north, 4-2-1 SS headers are sufficient. Better in the low end. was thinking of getting the 4-2-1 SS headers. So was thinking of letting go my 4-1 slip joint headers...

 

Hi bro, besides the FC and performance, any diffrent for the sound/loudness? 4-2-1SS vs 4-1SS
