Where can do LED / electric work on bike?

wanna add some LED rto my tail-light / maybe in my headlight (pilot light)

and like wire a cigrettee light to the batt for easy charging and accessories ..

 

any recommendation who / which shop can do these?

Bro, my friend ( Also a biker ) is doing Leds as a freelance. U can call him @ 96619892 Marcus. No worries abt GST la or watever cos he no shop de. He do it @ MSCP.
