Wha bro mjbs64, the Sinnob sprocket looks interesting. I currently riding Tiger for coming 1yr 8 mths. So far still using the stock sprocket and chain. But I considering changing both soon. The Sinnob one you promoting includes both the sprocket and chain or just the sprocket. How much will the total cost be (including installation). I want to gather more information about it, before making a decision. So far the pulsar bros upgrade to this one, anyone got any problem so far?? Hope can get response on all my questions above. Thanks!

Anyway, wha really appreciate Pulsar bros reaching out to Tiger bros. Ya the Singapore Tiger community very small. So far Tiger bros only communicate in this forum, no meet up cause veryyy few of us.

Hi,

to answer on behalf of uncle MJ

once you installed the sprocs you will feel the difference immediately

i would not say there is totally no vibration, but the vibration is cut down by a lot

1 set comes with the chain, front & rear sprocs

installation we can't advise you cause we only know the price for installing on the pulsar

the sprocs you have to confirm your order then transfer the money to him so he can make payment to the supplier

this sprocs is not found in singapore, have to ship in from indonesia

another enhancement we have is the protec products

ignition coils and air filter is available for Tiger

do join us for our weekly meet up to discuss more and see how the sinnob looks...

haha .. alvin have said all basically ....

so far all positive feedbacks on Sinnob but seriously it's all to personal preference lah ...

Like alvin stated ... sinnob gave you more quite and smooth ride since there's less vibration from the sproc and wheel area. If you observed the sproc closely, the rear sproc has a flanges on the side .. the flanges together with the sproc are coated with polyurethane to absorb the vibration and reduce the friction from metal to metal contacts. Since thre is less friction, the sprocs gave less noise and smooth ride. The 520 chain is daytona DID premium standard chain. Do visit their website for more details on the sprocs .. no doubt it is in bahasa indon the articles and be translated in english with google.

Do drop by tmr or any other wednesday during our meet up to have a closer look.... hmm Teh Tarik on me ok!! .. hehehe

Hi guys,

Just popping from the Pulsar thread to talk about my Sinnob sprocket. :D

I bought a new Bajaj Pulsar 200 14 months ago. After a few months, I was introduced to the Sinnob Sprocket by our dedicated pulsarian @mjbs64 : That is one of the best pieces of equipment I bought for the bike.

I instantly felt an increased smoothness while riding, decreased vibrations and overall a solid performance. I've used it for many months now, and it's just great, I really don't regret changing the stock sprocket for the Sinnob.

And the icing on the cake was the color: my bike is black, with touches of gold here and there so the black sprocket was perfect. And apparently Sinnob got even more colors now then before so everyone can find what they like.

Some more, the shipping is well handled by the seller who send these to us, the box came in perfect condition and as advertised.

To also give some feedback on our chief raccunist @mjbs64 : he has been helping our team to get our hands on sweet add-ons for our bikes for a very long time and he knows what he is doing. Always with complete transparency, he will tell you what the official word is, what the users feedback is, and what the seller reputation is. If he is uncertain, or doesn;t know something, he will tell you exactly that too. He always answers all questions with honest and kind attitude, I have learned a lot from him and I am always happy to try new things he might discover here and there :thumb: The best part is that he does all this to share the good stuff, and help other riders improve their bikes and riding experience.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, or even better, pop by our meeting tomorrow evening at AMK, we can chat around drinks and food, and you can have a look at the Sinnob installed on our bikes. :D

Cheers !

might be 2 things

1) rectifier, not charging the battery properly

2) battery unable to hold charge

got voltmeter installed?

if not can try using multimeter to measure the voltage at your battery when you turn on your ignition key and when you start and throttle...
