Hey guys! Sorry for the late updates, couldnt get any internet connections aft Siem Reap. Anyways heres a quick summary of where i left off.

 

After Siem Reap we headed to Kratie to check out the river dolphins and the great Mekong. Along the way to Kratie we bumped into a lady tourer from Germany, she has been riding ard for 15 months ALONE!

 

Crossed over to Laos @ this dodgy customs over @ Stung Treng where we met a Argentinian world tourer. Stayed for 2 nights @ 4 thousand islands, Don Det. The next couple of days was madness...having to ride thru the toughest terrain so far! Sand, rocks, hillclimbs, mud, river crossings...you name it thy have it! after a whole day of offroading and another 50+km to main road not forgetting us losing the sunlight fast, we camped @ a local village police station (don't look like 1 to me).

 

Well...sadly today I parted with the guys from City2Sunrise. with abt 3k km to clear, I stopped @ KORAT again after riding for 400+km strgt.

what bridge? we rode to 4 thousand islands, ferry the bikes over on a sampan. headed to salavan and savannakhet. did a friendship bridge 2 over @ savannakhet to Thailand thou.
