Well...if you have somebody whom happens to know anyone of the salesman, you wun get chopped...went there for the first time wit my cuzzin whose a regular customer...didn't get chopped...instead got a good deal though...bought my 2nd bike there w/o my cuzzin also got a good deal outta them..only thing is that you have to keep reminding them on things tat they forget lets say my sliders...you have to be persistant..if the salesman still delay, then talk to the boss(wears spec a bit plump)..after tat ok all settled..

I agree with xbfish in that you should do your research first before hopping into a shop to buy your first bike...there are numerous postings in this forum that will give you and indication of whether it is advisable to go to that shop to buy your bike or not. if possible - ask your friend who knows bike to tag along and get every promise made written on the sales order and signed and stamped by the sales person. after all - a verbal promise is only hot air!
