Hi All,

I've just check via MYEG that my bike has 4 summons in Malaysia.

My question is how to know whether the summons are paid or settled.

Next question if not settled by the previous owner, is there any advice for the current owner (me).

Check it out at http://www.rmp.gov.my @ PDRM.Go to Semakan Saman.Pick Polis or JPJ.Only if it HAD NOT been settled, u will see the outstanding summonses or blacklist.

 

2 types of Polis summon;vehicle via camera@Saman ekor(Pol 170A), or issued directly to the rider on the spot(Pol 257).For 257, the rider himself/herself will be responsible to pay. If 170A, the onus is on the registered owner. However, if the summonses were issued BEFORE u bought the bike, i will advise you to carry some form of document to show changes of ownership just in case u are being flagged.

Does any one has a spare hazard switch and light switch for ST police model. The dealers and agent has no stock. This is how it looks like.

Thanks for your input. Btw I am not able to Semakan Saman as it only allows Malaysian citizen to register. If by any chance there is another way to check, please let me know. Many thanks again.

Bro, another easy method to check your summon is go o this link http://portal.jpj.gov.my/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=19?=ms select one of the logos. You can key in your NRIC no or the vehicle no to check if there is any outstanding summons.

if you did the fitting, can advise me on how I can do it? 'Cos I heard that ST11 has to use the bigger 1 inch kit, but it's ugly. Would prefer to modify the 7/8 inch kit to fit, but not sure how to go about it, or how difficult it would be. I haven't ordered yet, so would like to get more info before I buy.

St is 7/8 inch handle bar. I got 1 extra new pcs selling at $40. Easy to install. SMS me 9 sex sex sex 0 sex tree 4.

Yup bro, mine is whitey FW and recently I fixed 'zebra' reflective stickers on my panniers.

I also drive to work and will take out my ST for a spin in the evening.

Hi all, I'm a new ST1100 rider checking in. Just collected my 11 year old ST 11 from mototiam on 29 Dec 11 and did two short ride to deseru and Kukup, like it very much. Got a little issue as my Volt meter light up on and off, should be wiring problem, Read in this forum about Gopa, Can any bro let me know where I can find Gopa shop? Many Thanks.

Volt meter no need go gopa. Your regular motor shop should be able to solve the problem.

Where you got this quote. Quite ok. Mine is bt023 cost more .make sure tire not stored long. Check sidewall for production date.
