Mine 43k already... nv knew or heard from anyone abt doing it at 50k, so no idea at all... :p

Only read from manual that it's required @40k...

does it have symptoms of it wanting to be cleared? cos the mechanics at HL told me if the valves don have funny sound or u don find it a problem, donT donT dont do valve clearance.

 

if u really need valve clearance, u need to leave ur bike there for a nite. so at least 2 days for u to be without bike. :angel:

I've understood from some people that when the engine starts with ticking sound, then it's time for it. Anyway, I can always check with them if when I bring in to see if it's necessary for mine, if no, I'll skip it. :)

huh what happened??? lol.. i few days never visit forum liao.. with regards to that comment i posted earlier?

i buy $55 nv used still in box.. dare to quote me $30 he think i cork or what..

the sound is pretty obvious one.. it comes out from the gear box when your bike is idling..

i went to Hong Leong to do leh.. it cost me $450 .. one thing good about them is they will do a "full-body check" on ur bike..

yup i love their after service.. they explained everything they did and showed me every parts they changed which is why i strongly recommend hl.. :)
