no time for lks before my trip.. unless mini lks session i might be able to find some time.. so preferably, it has to be mounted before my trip.

it's advisable to make some time to check wad is lacking, then get the spare parts, then fix it up...

alternatively, can do it all at motoWorld...

scott oiler is very advisable for tourings or long distance rides unless u r very hardworking to lube every petrol stop... :D

should be 1 sat evening i go workshop, see if need to change EO then change. let my mech test ride, if ok then i am good to go.. so need to find time to fit the scottoiler. probably no time to mount projector lights already.. then wire up my box brakelight.. wah talking about that, i managed to solder wires onto my strip of led.. something simple but i had that sense of satisfaction..

quick do these lo bro... my little suggestion is that dun do any works for 1 week of riding days before your actual ride trip especially when it comes to electrical works... :)

i am thinking of how to connect my box light to my brake light in a way that its not simply by unplugging the white male/female plugs and stuffing the wire of my box light and clipping it back..

but i need to find a way of how to connect, without splicing the original wires if possible..

hmmm... i think there's nothing that you could do to connect a wire without splicing or cutting them...

but the best way out that i can think of, you can use this type of T-connector...

http://admin2.american.edu/~jgriffin/pictures/scorpio3.jpg

these can be found easily in SLT...

if you ready to cut the wire and looking for some kind of waterproof connector, i have a set of these, from 1 pin connector to 6 pins connectors... with a reasonable cost...

actually what i thought of is to 'remove' the original connector head of the brake light, splice a part out, connect female connector like what you have shown above, connect back the original connector, put the male connector which links to my box. tadaaa!!!! it should work right? in this way, it will look very neat. but i dont think removing the brakelight from the stock connector head would easy, if even possible without damaging it. am i right? sometimes unplugging the connectors already so difficult, worse if need to remove the head.

am i talking sense here? :cheeky:
